不育症

结果 腹腔镜下高位结扎精索静脉组67例中，60例术后2～4天内左侧阴囊坠痛感明显改善，阴囊内曲张的精索静脉明显减缓或消失，5例在术后10天内上述症状明显改善，2例患者上述症状轻度改善，术后随访3个月左侧阴囊仍有轻度坠痛感；本组中有22例不育症患者在术后复查精液常规，精子数及活动率均明显改善。
