野败不育系珍汕97A、包台型不育系包源A及温敏核不育水稻培矮64S和无花粉型不育系g37A的花药均从花粉母细胞时期开始出现较多的Ca〓沉淀，主要分布在药壁外层、药室内壁和药隔中。

Taking self-fruitful rate as the criterion and segregating population of field survey as method, we got the result that the ratio of fertile plants and sterile plants in the three F2 population of K-cytoplasmic male sterile hybrid accords with 63:1 tested by Chi-square, therefore we can infer that the restorative mechanism of K-cytoplasmic male sterile line was controlled by three different major genes, which manifested as sporophore sterility.

结果表明：在三个K型胞质雄性不育的F2群体中，可育单株与不育单株的比例经卡方检验符合63：1的理论比例，因此可以推断小麦K型胞质雄性不育的恢复由3对主效恢复基因控制，并表现为孢子体不育类型。

The content of GA exhibited on imbalance in different tissue of seedling. The content of IAA, GA and ZR of male sterile lines were lower than maintainer lines to some degree, especially in the stage of archesporial and meiosis. IAA, GA and ZR are the important plant hormone which regulates lots of activity of plant. Their deficient must interfere on the development of anther and result in abortion.

在花期叶片激素含量在保持系和不育系之间变化较大，蕾期不育系的IAA、GA和ZR含量出现不同程度的亏缺，尤其是从小蕾期到大蕾期阶段，ogura不育系、改良萝卜不育系的IAA、GA和ZR含量都极显著低于保持系IAA、GA和ZR是植物体内重要的信号物质，可调节植物的多种生命活动，其亏缺影响花粉的正常发育，从而引起败育。

The results showed that all contents were lower in male sterilie anthers than in fertilisable ones.With anther developing,the contents of soluble starch,protein and free proline increased obviously in male fertilizable anthers,but not in sterile ones.

结果表明：太空诱变处理玉米核不育材料的可育株花药中的可溶性糖、淀粉、蛋白质以及游离脯氨酸含量均高于不育株花药的，且可育株花药中的可溶性淀粉、蛋白质和脯氨酸含量都随着花药的发育逐渐累积，在不育株花药中这些指标的变化不明显。

The effect of imposed sterility and culling on the reproductivity and population size of Ratlike hamster in enclosures was studied by using surgical operation. This study aims to testify two modeling predictions: fertility control can achieve similar result as simple culling, and sterility of both sexes can achieve an extra result in reducing reproductivity of hamsters. The key factors in population regulation of the hamster were also discussed.

本文采用结扎不育的方法研究了不育和&灭杀&对围栏内大仓鼠实验种群繁殖力和数量的作用，主要验证模型的两个预测：不育能够达到灭杀的效果；双性不育优于单性不育，同时探讨了大仓鼠种群调节中的关键因子。

The sterile and fertile plants of BC3 generation, derived from the hybridization between sterile line and restorer line and maintaining line, were detected by GISH-dcFISH. The observations showed that the fertile plants were all the Brassica napus-Xinjiang wild Sinapis arvensis monosomic alien addition lines, and the sterile plants had no Sinapis arvensis chromosome.

不育系分别与保持系、恢复系Nsa恢1、保持系杂交后获得了BC3代不育株及可育株，GISH-dcFISH分析结果表明，BC3代可育株为甘蓝型油菜－新疆野生油菜单体异附加系，而不育株中不含新疆野生油菜染色体。

Chromosome observation of the male sterile line and fertile line, parents of hybrid combination and F1 indicated that the chromosome number of the male sterile line is the same as that of fertile line 2n=2x=24; Pollen parent (Tagetes putula PHBO029) is tetraploid 2n=4x=48; the F1 is triploid 2n=3x=36 with hybrid vigor.

通过对不育系、正常可育系以及杂交组合父母本、子一代的染色体数目观察发现：万寿菊雄性不育系的染色体数目与正常可育系相同，均为2n=2x=24；孔雀草PHBO029为四倍体2n=4x=48，它与万寿菊不育系杂交、其杂种为具有杂种优势的三倍体2n=3x=36。

The results showed that except pods of main inflorescence, the other characters of the sterile and normal cytoplasms had not significant difference by t test. The correlation coefficients of length of main inflorescence, No. of first time branches and glucosinolates between sterile and normal cytoplasms was at 5 percent significant level, but correlation coefficients of the others was not significant. There were positive effects of male sterile cytoplasm on glucosinolates and weight of 1000 seeds, but different effects on the other characters when combinations were different.

结果表明：考察的12个主要性状中，除主序角果数不育胞质杂种F1和可育胞质杂种F1检验差异达5%显著水平外，其余11个性状2种胞质杂种F1上标 t检验差异不显著；主序有效长、第一次分枝数、硫苷等3个性状的可育胞质与不育胞质间线性相关关系显著，其余9个性状的线性相关关系不显著；NEA不育胞质对多数组合的硫苷和千粒重有优良相对效应，对其余性状的相对效应则组合不同正负效应不同。

Three full-sibling binary CMS lines, 11 back-cross binary CMS lines, 10 half-sibling binary CMS lines, 10 isozygoty CMS lines and five restorer lines were chosen to make 50 single hybrids and 120 modified single cross hybrids by the way of NC Ⅱ design. The plots of F1 were arranged in the field in a randomized complete block design with 2 replications and the combining ability of 7 characters were analyzed using random model.
