Through seawater pCO_2 time series observations along with the surface water chemistry, we observed significant diurnal changes of surface pCO_2 ranging from -10μatm in the oligotrophic SCS, 50-150 uatm in Xiamen Bay and Shenhu Bay, up to as high as 600μatm in the coral reef system at Xisha Islands. Processes that modulate the pCO_2 diurnal variations are significantly different between sites, which can be grouped into three categories: temperature control, tide / current control and biological control.

Results: For the changes of fingernails,it was found that 80 patients(13.33%) had leukonychia punctata,2 leukonychia striata,1 total finger nails dystrophy,4 pitted nails,40(6.67%) variable numbers and degrees of longitudinal crest,transverse grooves or onycholysis.

Results:There were no abdominal pain and fever,jaundice faded away gradually postoperation.Biliary drainage was 300ml-1000ml/d more or less.Colour of bile changed into normal by degrees.Intra peritoneal drainage was open and the colour was light bloody.Amount of drainage dropped off day after day.Whole blood cell test, serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase,serum glutamic oxalacetic transarninase,total serum protein,serum albumin and serum globulin returned to normal in first week postoperation.Serum bilirubin,serum glutamyltranspetidase and serum alkaline phosphatase declined gradually in first week postoperation.T-tube was clipped at twelfth day postoperation.T-tube Cholangiography was clear at 24~ day postoperation.
