The method includes the following steps: dissolving chlorine indicant into tetrahydrofuran, quickly adding to alcoholic solutioin, whisking and reacting, after reacting, vacuuming and steaming solvent to gain mixture of alpha body and beta body, taking separation by column chromatography to gain separated alpha body and beta body.
