Prussian blue staining revealed more than 98% of BM-MNCs were labeled by Feridex and BM-MNCs appeared to be unaffected by magnetically labeling. Three dogs injected Feridex- BM-MNCs were visualized at one week by MRI, but none of unlabeled BM-MNCs were seen. All lesions that were detected within one week could not be visualized over four week. The dot injected Feridex-cells which fixated by 4 % methanal also was seen at one week by MRI, but the signal disappeared at two week.

普鲁士蓝染色显示体外Feridex标记BM-MNCs成功率达98%以上，而且细胞活性不受影响；其中3只实验犬标记细胞移植区1周内可用1.5T磁共振仪3DSSFP序列在体扫描到T2低信号影像，4周时该低信号消失；同样条件下经甲醛固定的标记细胞在1周时也可检测到T2低信号，但2周时该低信号消失；未标记细胞移植区没有检测到低信号。

Results:(1)Among 40 rats, 36 rats were successfully established and the rate of success is 90 percent;(2)All the successfully established models demonstrated polydipsia, polyuria and the body weight was not increased. 6 rats suffered cataract after 3 months, and 4 rats died in 6 months;(3)There was an approximately 61% loss of retinal ganglion cells in the central retina and the thickness of retina thinner under microscope ( P 0.01 ).(4) Electroscope changes include the thinner of retina, disorganization of the membranous disc of the rod cells and the thickness of basal membrane of vessal.(5)In normal group, 1 month dibetes mellitus and 1 month treatmen group, there was no expression of ERK1/ERK2 on the retina tissues. In 3 month diabetes mellitus group, the expression of ERK1/ERK2 was positive.

结果：①40只建模大鼠中36只建模成功，建模成功率为90%；②建模成功的大鼠都表现出多饮、多尿、消瘦、体重不增的表现，有6只大鼠在3个月后出现白内障，有4只大鼠在喂养接近至6个月时死亡；③HE染色光镜下6个月大鼠后极部视网膜节细胞层细胞数明显减少，减少约61%(P.01)，后极部视网膜明显变薄(P.01)；④电镜观察，视网膜变薄，视杆细胞膜盘紊乱，血管基底膜增厚等表现；⑤正常组、糖尿病组和治疗组1个月大鼠视网膜中未见ERK1/ERK2的表达，糖尿病组视网膜组织中3个月时可见少量表达，ERK1/ERK2表达部位为神经节细胞层和内核层；6个月时表达强阳性，部位表达不仅见于内核层、神经节细胞层，色素上皮层也见表达。

Results: Neonatal rats in hypoxic-ischemicgroup behaved restlessness, cyanosis, deep and rapid breath, astasia, lethargy, irritation and spasm; There were local pyknosis, fragmentation, dissymmetry, blur or disappearance of nucleoli, raritas of ground substance in left cerebral cortex; but there was no statistic significance in chinese traditional medicine group and sham group. The expression of HIF-1α mRNA in brain tissue of experimental group and chinese traditional medicine group were higher than that in sham group, especially chinese traditional medicine group at 3d; HIF-1α positive cells were found in cerebral cortex and hippocampus. There were more HIF-1α positive cells in experimental group and chinese traditional medicine group and mainly in vascular endothelial cells.

结果 缺氧缺血后大鼠相继表现为烦躁不安、全身发给、呼吸加深加快、站立不稳、嗜睡、激惹或间断发作的痉挛和抽搐；HE染色显示实验组大鼠左侧大脑皮层出现局灶性神经元核固缩，核碎裂，核仁偏位，不清或消失，基质疏松；中药组大鼠脑组织结构基本接近假手术组，无明显水肿和坏死表现；实验组和中药组大鼠脑组织HIF-1α mRNA表达较假手术组明显增加，尤其是中药组实验第3日者；免疫组化显示实验组和中药组各时间点大鼠大脑皮层和海马区均可见不同程度的HIF-1α表达，明显高于假手术组，阳性表达主要在血管内皮细胞，海马和皮层的锥体细胞亦有HIF-1α阳性细胞分布。

There were infiltration of inflammatory cells inside nerve tissue and perivascular cuffings in HE staining. In trichrome staining, the axon with inhomogeneous chromatosis was swollen and beaded-discontinued; The myelin was porous and partly disaggregated.

HE染色发现神经组织内炎细胞浸润，血管&袖套&样病灶形成；三色染色可见轴突肿胀，呈串珠状，且不连续，着色不均匀；髓鞘结构层次紊乱，疏松，崩解。

In PsNPV infected treatment, the color of the gland was purple-black dyed with eosin and the cells were distortedly squeezed together. The tracheae nearby showed grievous pathological changes and a lot of white granules deposited around it. The pathological changes in PsGV infected treatment showed another pattern. The gland body was relative small with smaller individual cells, most of which were red dyed with eosin. The cell limits were obscure.In coinfected treatment,there were few gland cells colorated by esoin.

结果表明，不同感染组粘虫前胸腺腺体都有不同程度的组织病变，PsNPV感染组在感染晚期与前胸腺相连的气管严重病变，出现大量白色颗粒状物累积，被伊红染成紫黑色，腺体细胞被挤压变形；PsGV感染组的前胸腺腺体变小，单个细胞也小，细胞界限不十分明显；两种病毒混合感染组的腺体细胞小，能被伊红染色的细胞极少。

Results Microscopically, different degrees of hepatocytic degenerative changes and hyperplasic fibrous tissue and typical false lobule formation could be seen. Timm's staining result showed uneven distributed black granular deposits in the hepatocytes. No specific PAS staining was observed. Utrastructurally, the mitochondria were increased in volume and dramatically different in shape. The number of lysomes were increased.

Methods: M-CSF-dependent bone marrow cells were isolated from 5-6 weeks old mice, and cultured in the presence of MCSF (25μg/L) with different concentrations of TNF-α(0, 1, 10, 100 μg/L) for 5 days, the formation of TRAP multinucleated cells was observed. These cells were also cultured in the presence of both RANKL (30 μg/L) and M-CSF (25 μg/L) with or without 10 μg/L TNF-α for4, 5, 6 and 9 days. The number of TRAP multinucleated cells and resorption pits on dentine slices were counted under light microscope.

Methods: M-CSF-dependent bone marrow cells were isolated from 5-6 weeks old mice, and cultured in the presence of M-CSF (25 μg/L) with different concentrations of TNF-α(0, 1, 10, 100 μg/L) for 5 days, the formation of TRAP multinucleated cells was observed.

Using CCA, karyotype abnormalities were found in 18 (37.5%) of 48 cases, among which complex karyotypes were found in 4 (8.3%) cases, a deletion of chromosome 5/a deletion of the long arm of chromosome 5 (-5/5q-) in 5 (10.4%) cases,-7/7q- in 5 (10.4%) cases, trisomy 8 in 8 (16.6%) cases, 20q- in 2 (4.6%) cases, unconsistent translocations in 3 (6.2%) cases.

At the third passage, BMSCs showed the typical polar swirl morphology. BMSCs were negative for CD34 and CD45, but positive for CD29 and CD44. Following induction, alkaline phosphatase staining, Oil red staining and toluidine blue staining produced a strong reaction in cells.
