To resolve the algorithm of the chromatic number of a graph,a special method is adopt to remember the coloring process of graph,and the method does different jobs for four given cases during the coloring process.The adjacent strong edge chromatic number of join graph of star and path is obtained.

为了解决图的邻强边染色问题中一个图的色数算法问题，通过特别的方法来记图的染色过程，同时分4种情况讨论了星和路联图的邻强边染色问题，指出在染色过程中给定的4种情况的染色方法各不相同，并通过对图的着色得到了星和路联图的邻强边色数。

Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical Industry, Shenyang 110021, China Abstract: Spectrophotometric analysis showed that the peak absorbance for food dye of Allura Red and biological dye of Ponceau-G occurred at 501 and 510 nm. In sunlight after 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 hours, the decomposition rates of Allura Red and Ponceau G were between 2.4 to 5.8% and 3.4 to 10.8%, so they are stable in sunlight. The recovery rates on cottons and glasses were very high, so they are easily recoveried from targets. Further studies showed that the recovery rates of two dyes on the leaves of wheat, cabbage, cucumber and tomato were different, so it need previously determine the recovery rate of tracer on the target crop to adjust the result. Field experiment showed it was easy to measure the pesticide spray distribution of high volume spay and low volume spray to use Allura Red and Ponceau-G as tracers.

沈阳化工研究院，沈阳 110021 摘要：光谱分析表明，食品染色剂诱惑红和生物染色剂丽春红-G的最大吸收波长分别为501 nm和510 nm ；在连续2、4、6、8、10 h阳光照射下，分解率分别在2.4%~5.8%和3.4%~10.8%之间，见光稳定性良好；两种染色剂在棉花叶片和玻璃片上的洗脱回收率都很高，说明易于从靶标上洗脱下来；进一步测定表明，两种染色剂在小麦、甘蓝、黄瓜、番茄叶片上的洗脱回收率各不相同，所以对准备进行测试的作物应先做一次洗脱回收率试验，用以校正测试结果；田间应用表明，用两种染色剂做示踪剂，可以方便地测定常量喷雾和低容量喷雾过程中农药在麦田的沉积分布情况。

The paper dyeing with natural pigment form flower of Chinese redbud was studied. The result indicated that the optimal pH value of dyeing was 3.5; the dyed paper was stable to heat and water by adding little amount of NaCl. The pigment can substitute the synthesized product in child product and food packaging paper partly to reduce the harm from synthesized product and meet the requirement of environmental protection.

本课题研究用天然紫荆花色素对纸进行染色是可行的，染色液适宜pH值为3.5，加入少量氯化钠可明显提高染色纸的色彩热稳定性，纸渗水的不褪色性好，染色效果好；天然紫荆花色素代替或部分代替合成色素生产儿童用品和食品包装用彩色纸可明显减少合成色素对人体造成的危害，符合环境对包装材料的要求。

Results:(1)NSCs form typical neurospheres under adequate concentration in vitro, which are immunoreactive to Vimentin. Typically and terminally differentiated mature neural cells could not be found without the stimulus of mitogen or only under NSCs self-regulation and self-induction;(2)NSCs derived from hippocampus maintain the character of stem cells much longer with better biological behavior; NSCs passed to the 2-3 passage are the best to graft since they have not differentiated;(3)NSCs cultured in vitro could self-regulate and differentiate into neurospheres and progenitors positively immunoreactive to specific antibodies representing neurons, astrocytes, oligodendrocytes and Schwann cells;(4)There are widespread synaptic contacts between various kinds of descendent clones and cells;(5)Neurospheres could be formed without the stimulus of mitogen when NSCs and OECs are cocultured. Many neurospheres and cells immunoreactive to Vimentin, GFAP, MAP2, 02, p75NGFR, GFAP, S-100, Synaptosis, Vimentin, Tau (Tau is only positive in cocultureof HNSCs+HOECs) could be found;(6)The supernatant fluid triturated from adult rat spinal cord stimulates NSCs to differentiate into neurons, but do not terminally differentiate;(7)Fibroblasts and O4 oligodendrocytes are not supported to grow under this culture medium.Part II: Isolation, culture and identification of rat and human olfactory ensheathing cellsOlfactory ensheathing cells/glials are the most powerful cells to enable the regeneration of axons in the central nervous system.

结果表明：①在适宜的浓度体外培养条件下，NSCs能形成典型的神经干细胞克隆球，Vimentin免疫荧光染色阳性，单靠丝裂原刺激或NSCs自我调节和分化诱导，不会产生典型的终末分化的成熟神经细胞；②海马源性的NSCs维持干细胞特性的时间更长，生物学特性更优；③传至第2～3代的NSCs尚未分化时移植最佳；④体外培养的NSCs能自我调控分化为神经元、星形胶质细胞、O2少突胶质细胞、雪旺氏细胞染色阳性克隆球和前体细胞；⑤各种子代克隆球和细胞存在广泛的突触联系；⑥NSCs与OECs联合培养时，不需丝裂原刺激即能形成克隆球，获得大量Vimentin、GFAP、MAP2、O2、p75NGFR、GFAP、S-100、Synaptosis、Vimentin、Tau(Tau只有人HNSCs+HOECs联合培养时出现阳染)染色阳性的克隆球和细胞；⑦脊髓研磨后的上清液刺激神经干细胞向神经元方向分化，但并不出现终末分化；⑧本研究培养条件不利于成纤维细胞、O4生长。

Four testing methods to detect the pollen viability of cucumber were being compared. The results indicated that I-KI staining method and acetic red dyeing were not suitable to judge the pollen viability of cucumber. Tetrazolium method can be used but the error is oversize. By and large, the Germination in vitro method was an efficient, stable and simple way to judge the pollen viability of cucumber. The component of culture medium is 10% sucrose+ 100mg/L H_3BO_3. If inoculated intraday, collect pollen of fresh abloom flower at 6:00 and if inoculated at the second day, collect before dark.

比较了4种常用的花粉活力测定方法——I-KI染色法、醋酸洋红染色法、TTC染色法和离体萌发法，认为I-KI染色法和醋酸洋红染色法不适于测定黄瓜花粉生活力，TTC染色法虽适用但误差较大，综合考虑各项因素，确定离体萌发法是最准确、简便、稳定的测定黄瓜花粉活力的方法。

The chromatin unfolding assay showed that ,like the wild-type transactivation domain, two variants that represent benign polymorphisms did not induce chromatin unfolding or only induced subtle change. Contrary to the behaviors of the wild type and two benign variants, four cancer-predisposing mutations in the transactivation domain superactivate the chromatin unfolding. The results suggest that the chromatin unfolding assay can aid in the characterization of deleterious mutations in the C-terminal transactivation domain of BRCA1 and may provide more reliable presymptomatic risk assessment.

对这些重组质粒的染色质伸展活性检测表明，野生型pwt和两种良性多态性突变体不具有染色质伸展活性或只有极微弱的染色质伸展活性，而其他4种乳腺癌易感突变体均具有过强的染色质伸展活性，提示利用染色质伸展技术可预测BRCA1转录激活区基因型与乳腺癌发生风险的表现型的关系。
