Through morphological analysis between male sterile plant and male fertile plant in the alabastrum period as well as in flowering period, one morphological mark was found that the alabastrum of male sterile plant was in cone shape; the alabastrum of male fertile plant was cylindraceous. The male sterile alabastrum and male fertile alabastrum were significantly different. The petal of male sterile is filiform but not lingulate and tubular , the normal one was just the opposite.

IAA, GA and ZR are the important plant hormone which regulates lots of activity of plant. Their deficient must interfere on the development of anther and result in abortion.

Under a fixed model of chromospheric flare, we investigate the influences of Hα and CaIIK line profilles on various velocity distributions from semiempirical view. The results show that: Hα line is very sensitive to the velocity in upper chromosphere; the profile of CaIIK line have responses to velocity in any layer of chromosphere, but the degree of CaIIK line asymmetry is much weaker than that of Hα and can be ignored if velocity is as small as 10km/s; chromospheric condensation in lower part of transition region have strong influence on Hα line but contrary to CaIIK line, the typical characteristic of H line effected by chromospheric condensation in transition region is reversed blue asymmetry, i.e. the intensity of blue peak is stronger than that of red peak; the stronger the chromosphoric condensation is, the more obvious the Hα line asymmetry appears; and so on.

Results:eighty-one of 129 MODS patients had gastrointestinal failure and the morbidity of gastrointestinal failure was 62.8%,in whom 54 patients received rhubarb therapy and 33 patients(61.1)were all eviated.Whereas only 7(25.9％) out of 27 patients suffered from gastrointestinal failureinnon-rhubarb treatment group were improved.There was as ignificant difference between the two groups(P.01).Furthermore,28(51.9％) out of 54 MODS patients accompanied by gastrointestinal dysfunction were survive dafter rhubarb treatment,whereas 6(22.2％) of 27 MODS patients suffered from gastrointestinal dysfunction were survived in non-rhubarb treatment group.

The results provide neuroimaging evidence for the existence of acupoint specificity. 2. the study on acupuncture of combined-acupoints. It was found that the cerebral areas activated by the acupuncture of combind-acupoints were not a simple combination of those activated by the acupuncture at single acpoint, even in some activation areas, the activation intensity is weaker than at a single acupoint, which implied the existance of inteaction between acupoints in the combined-acupoints acupuncture. 3.the effect of acupuncture durion. This study found that the cerebral responses to half minute and one minute acupuncture were the same as a whole. But the cerebral responses to the acupuncture of 3 minutes were clearly different from those of 1 minute.

针对针灸中的基本问题，我们主要开展了以下研究：1，穴位特异性问题，初步证明了穴位特异性的存在。2，组合穴位针刺的机制研究，发现组合穴位针刺所激活的脑区并不是单穴位针刺结果的简单叠加，说明组合穴位针刺时单穴位之间存在相互作用。3，针刺时间对针刺效果的影响，在针刺治疗时针刺时间的长短到底对针刺效果有什么影响还不清楚，我们的结果显示针刺半分钟和1分钟之间没有显著差异，但它们与针刺3分钟之间存在显著差异，说明针刺存在时间效应。4，针刺四关穴对老年痴呆病人治疗作用的研究。

Fatty acid compositon is the primary acid component that can react with metal ions in DCS to form sticky insoluble soap; while resin acid does not form soap with metal ions at lower temperature and does form insoluble soap with less sticky at higher temperature. pH value is the key factor influencing the deposit of pitch with the presence of DCS in DIP, there is little deposit at lower pH however the deposit increases obviously with the increase of pH.
