The soil urease and invertase activity effected by Hg was investigated in different fertility soils. The results show that soil urease activity、maximum reaction velocity (Vmax、Vmax/Km) and reaction velocity constant k have remarkably negative correlation with Hg concentration so that these can be used as ecological indexes of soil polluted by Hg, Km changes a little indicating that the reaction mechanism of Hg and urease is nonreversible competitive restraint. Urease of low soil fertility is more damaged by Hg than that of high soil fertility, with severe pollution at Hg concentration of 6.00 and 14.79mg/kg respectively; while invertase is less sensitive to Hg than urease. Cultural time has less influence on the relationship of soil enzyme and Hg concentration.

RESULTS: Both resting B cells and T cells did not express PD-L1 on their surface, however PD-L1 expression was significantly up-regulated on the surface of the activated B cells after 6 h stimulation with LPS or pokeweed mitogen, and the percentages of B cells that expressed PD-L1 reached a plateau at 24 h, which were (46.26±10.71)% with LPS and (43.67±6.14)% with PWM stimulation, respectively. No markedly change of PD-L1 expression on the surface of the activated T cells after stimulation with LPS was observed, but upregulation of PD-L1 expression was observed when stimulation with PWM.

No evident regularity was found in the depth from 15 to 30 cm. There was an obvious accumulation of OM and TN in the top 30 cm of the fallowed soils, of which the accumulation of OM was faster than that of TN and there was more accumulation in no-tillage compared to tillage. Soils applied with inorganic and organic fertilizers had much more OM and TN at 0～5 cm and 5～15 cm depth than soils applied with only inorganic fertilizers and soils without fertilization. However, OM and TN in these treatments were less than that in fallow treatment. No significant differences in OM and TN contents were found between fertilization treatments. Only in the 5 cm of top soils, OM and TN of the soils treated with only inorganic fertilizers were more than that of CK.
