I started jogging from home to work every morning in April 2009. It's about 40 mins run with some uphills.

具体记不起什么时候我可以在跑步机上用一小时10分钟左右跑10公里了，非常累，但是不是不能忍受，这非常令我振奋（我们绝大部分人很难每天找到70分钟跑步，另外对于大部分胖人来说，每天跑10公里比中国航天登月还难，这是单纯运动减肥的主要问题之一）。09年4月，我开始走路上班，单程需要跑40分钟左右，路也不是平的。
