The results showed that the virus isolation and identification could generate considerably reliable results but the procedure was complicated and costed long time; microtomy fluorescent antibody detection was fast, but the specificity was low and needed to exclude the false positive from the results. Sandwich ELISA detection combined the merits of the former two methods, but it generated the false negative results when the samples were in bad preservation. Compared with the others, RT-PCR was fast, high sensitive and especially useful for detecting the CSFV directly from the samples. The specificity could be raised by using the nested-PCR to detect the CSFV from the simples, especially when the simples were in bad preservation.

结果显示，病毒分离鉴定法准确性较高，诊断比较容易，但存在试验步骤繁琐，所需时间长的缺点；荧光抗体检测法所需时间较短，但需要经验比较丰富人员来判定结果，且存在假阳性结果，特异性比较差；RT-PCR检测法具有快速、敏感等优点，特别是样品保存不理想时更有价值，利用套式PCR可以提高检测的特异性；夹心ELISA检测法具有快速、敏感等优点，但在样品保存不理想时会出现假阴性结果。

objective to study the correlation among psychosomatic health factors,depression,anxiety and sleep status in college students,to analyze influence factors in sleep status.methods with questionnaire opened in-vestigation,200college students were evaluated using cornell medical index,self-rating depression,self-rating anxiety scaleand pittsburgh sleep quality index.stepwise regression analysis was used.re-sults total score of sds was35.55±7.8,and sas was0.48±0.9.each score of cmi was higher than normal range,the highest was digestion system,next was respiration system,then,fatigue,eyes and ears,anxiety,sensitivity,tension,maladjustment in turn.total average score of psqi was6.32±3.6,ordinary sleep were115cases（57.5%）,good and bad sleep were42（21%）and43（21.5%）cases respectively.influence factors in total score of psqi were sas,cmi,respiration system,anxiety,past healthy,digestion system,fatigue,sensitivity,sds and malad-justment in turn,using stepwise regression analysis,total score of psqi as dependent variable,each factor score of cmi,total score of sds and sas as independent variables.conclusion problems of psychosomatic health,anxiety and depression could both lead to sleep disorder.

目的 研究在校大学生心身健康因素及抑郁焦虑等与睡眠状况的相关性，并对影响睡眠状况的有关因素进行分析。方法采用问卷式的开放性研究，对在校的200名大学生进行康奈尔心身健康问卷、自评抑郁量表、焦虑自评量表和匹兹堡睡眠质量量表的测定，采用逐步回归分析方法。结果 sds总分为35.55±7.8、sas总分为0.48±0.9，cmi评分：消化系统最为严重评分为2.52，其次为呼吸系统、疲劳感、眼和耳、焦虑、敏感、紧张、不适应等，评分均高于正常常模。psqi总均分为6.32±3.6，一般睡眠有115例占57.5%，睡眠质量较好42例占21.0%，睡眠质量较差43例占21.5%。评估对睡眠状况的影响程度，以psqi总分为因变量，选择cmi各因子分和sds、sas总分作为自变量，进行多因素逐步回归分析，进入方程的因素依据标准化偏回归系数，影响psqi总分的因素依次为sas总分、cmi总分、呼吸系统、焦虑、既往健康、消化系统、疲劳感、敏感、sds总分、不适应（f=226.8；p.01；r=0.73）。结论心身健康问题和焦虑抑郁可导致睡眠障碍。

Excitation functions of neutron, proton and α particle emission prior to scission measured in the reactions 28 Si+ 164,167,170 Er→ 192,195,198 Pb are studied using an extensive fission diffusion model and it is found that the model can well describe the trend of particle multiplicities of Pb isotopes measured experimentally as a function of the bombarding energy,which indicates the existence of isotope effects in prescission particle emission.

用推广的裂变扩散模型研究了2 8Si+16 4，16 7，170 Er→192 ，195，198Pb反应中测量的断前中子、质子和α粒子多重性的激发函数。发现扩散模型能很好地拟合这些轻粒子多重性随裂变系统激发能和Pb同位素的变化趋势。表明断前粒子发射存在一个同位素效应。进而在一个考虑了裂变过程中摩擦效应的统计模型的框架内，在In和Er这两个元素的同位素链中，考察了同位素效应与裂变碎片质量不对称性和裂变系统尺度的关系。计算结果表明：同位素效应的存在不依赖于裂变系统的大小和不对称性。此外，当裂变系统具有高的中质比时，轻带电粒子发射将不再敏感于裂变延迟时间的长短，而中子发射则非常敏感。

Interlayer oxidized zone can be divided accurately by Fe_2O_3, Fe_2O_3/FeO and U parameters. We can correct the field macroscopic color zoning by combining the macroscopic zoning and microscopic zoning. Univalent major elements components(Al_2O_3, SiO_2, K_2O, Na_2O) show remarkable activity at the process of interlayer oxidizing, their contents are variable and mingled in different zones and it can't be used in zoning. But we can speculate the developmental degree of interlayer oxidized zone and uranium mineralization according to the concentration trends and variation characteristics of sensitivity group, activity group and their ratios .(3)The comparatively steady elements such as lithiphile elements, sulfophile elements and high field strength elements change regularly at the process of interlayer oxidation except some radioactive elements. Trace elements and rare earth elements commonly enrich in thin rock clast such as mudstone, in which the enriched elements species are more than those in the whole rock, which indicate that the regeneration action in caulking matter are more deep than that in whole rock at the process of interlayer oxidation, and the reallocate intention of trace elements in main minerlized rock in Tuha basin are more intensive than that in Yili basin at the process of deposition ,diagenesis and later changes .

根据化学蚀变参数PC值和分离迁移位等将常量元素组分分为敏感组分组、活动组分组、次活动组分组和惰性组分组，不同组分可分别用于讨论层间氧化带低温地球化学中不同问题；敏感组分(变价元素组分Fe_2O_3、FeO)和U在层间氧化带中迁移富集规律明显，Fe_2O_3／FeOFe~(3+／Fe~(2+)比值具分带判别能力，配合U含量对层间氧化带进行较准确的分带，可克服野外宏观颜色分带偏差：提出Fe~(3+)／Fe~(2+)分带判别值在不同盆地、不同地段不同，除受氧化作用控制外，流体酸碱度不同也是重要因素的观点，对找矿实践有实际指导意义；活动组分(Al_2O_3、SiO_2、K_2O、Na_2O)在层间氧化作用过程中具有较明显的活动性，其含量值变化跳跃，在不同分带相互交织，不具分带指示意义；但利用敏感组分、活动组分及其比值在层间氧化带中的变化特征可推测层间氧化带发育的完善程度及其含矿性；次活动组分组(CaO、MgO、MnO_2)含量低，变化规律性差；惰性组分组(TiO_2、P_2O_5)含量低，活动稳定，可用来反映沉积物源特征。

Research on Keeping Quality of Different Flesh Types of Prunus persica L.Niu Liang, Wang Zhiqiang, Liu Shu'e, Song YinhuaAbstract: Effects of post-harvest cold storage and Modified Atmosphere Package on fruit hardness, weight losing and soluble solid content of different peach or nectarine varieties were investigated. The results showed that:(1) There were obviously differences of fruit hardness among varieties of different flesh types. In room temperature, FH of '24-30' and 'Zhongtao No.2' went down slower than 'Zhongyoutao No.5' and 'Zhongyoutao No.10'. In cold storage, '24-30', FH of Zongyoutao No.5' and 'Zhongyoutao No.10' descent quickly after 2 weeks of storage while that of 'Shuguang' and 'Zhongtao No.2' quickly descent just after storage.(2) MA package could effectively slow down the decreasing of FH. There were obvious differences among different varieties while 'Zhongyoutao No.10' was less sensitive than others.(3) Soluble solid content went down after harvest and the procedure was slower in lower temperature. In room, MA package seems accelerate the descendent of SSC.

采用不同肉质类型的桃、油桃果实为材料，对采后低温和自发气调包装等对果实硬度、失重和SSC含量等的变化进行了研究，结果表明：(1)不同类型桃、油桃采后果实硬度变化差异较大，常温下24-30和中桃2号果实硬度下降较慢，而中油桃5号、10号较快，在冷库低温条件下，24-30、中油桃5号和中油桃10号两周后硬度出现迅速下降，而曙光和中桃2号在贮藏后即迅速下降，带皮硬度与去皮硬度之间有一定差异，但变化趋势基本一致；(2)MA包装能有效地延缓采后桃、油桃果实硬度的降低，在常温及低温条件下均是如此，不同肉质类型间差异明显，曙光和中桃2号非常敏感，而中油桃10号则不太敏感，即MA包装对其果实硬度降低的延缓没有其它品种明显；(3)采后桃、油桃果实的SSC含量均有一定的降低，低温下该过程较慢，MA包装在常温下有加剧SSC下降的趋势，低温下则不明显，这可能与常温下采后立即进行MA包装不利于&田间热&及呼吸热的及时散发而加剧呼吸有关。
