Well-documented Lu-Hf isotope data from the oceanic basalts show that,the starting area of magma melting for the MORBs derived from the DMM component would be in the the depth of garnet peridotite,i.e.at the depth of 80―90 km instead of less than 60 km,which is at the depth of spinel peridotite as proposed early.The HIMU component,which is characterized by its high rediogenic lead,is refered as a special mantle component differentiated at some time in geological history from the lower mantle.A correlation study of Hf-Nd isotope between the chondrite and oceanic basalts implies that no isolated primitive mantle might have remained.

大量的大洋玄武岩Lu-Hf同位素研究表明：具亏损地幔端元来源的洋中脊玄武岩岩浆部分熔融的初熔区位于石榴石稳定场深度，即深度为80-90 km的石榴石二辉橄榄岩地幔，而不是原来所认为的尖晶石二辉橄榄岩区(深度小于60 km)；以高放射成因Pb为特征的高U地幔端元应代表了下地幔物质在某一特定时期发生分异作用的结果；球粒陨石与大洋玄武岩Hf同位素对比研究表明，没有原始地幔物质能保留至今的迹象。

Hairy roots were induced from tobacco leaves with Agrobacterium rhizogenes LBA1334 harboring agropin type PRil855 and binary vector PIG121HM carrying a kanamycin resistant gene nptll and GUS gene and the good hairy root clones were selected. The root with many root hairs and branches grew vigorously toward all the direction on MS medium without plant hormone and on kanamyain containing medium (km:30mg/L). The structure of the hairy root tip is different from that of ordinary root. Witch was not typical root cap maybe the main cause of losing the geotropism of hairy root. Plantlet regenerated from hairy root when cultured on Ms medium without plant hormone. The nicotine content of the hairy root was little higher than that in the natural roots.

本研究通过发根农杆菌工程菌LBA1334(含有野生型pRi1855质粒和pIG121HM双元载体质粒，编码NPTⅡ基因和GUS基因)转化烟草沙姆逊，获得了具有卡那霉素抗性烟草发状根，并筛选出良好的单克隆株系，该发状根具有典型的发状根特性(多根毛、多分支、在无激素培养基上快速生长)，通过根尖压片分析，烟草发状根不具备典型的根冠；发状根中烟碱含量1.61％稍高于与天然栽培品种母体根的含量(1.5％左右)，发状根向培养液中释放烟碱，释放量最多时占总烟碱量的81.1％；在无激素的培养基上获得了再生植株。

This paper reports the investigation on the petrology of spinel harzburgite and olivine pyroxenite in the Darbut ophiolitic mélange, as well as the worm-like intergrowth texture composed of Cr-spinel and orthopyroxene wide-spreading in harzburgite. Our study shows that the observed intergrowth texture is not a graphic texture or a symplectite as assumed by previous research, instead, it is a product of the evolution of the Cr-rich magma formed after the melting of the primitive mantle.

通过研究西准噶尔达拉布特蛇绿混杂岩中方辉橄榄岩和橄榄辉石岩的岩石学特征，分析方辉橄榄岩广泛发育的铬尖晶石和斜方辉石构成的蠕虫状共生连晶结构的成因，得出结论认为：这种共生连晶结构不是前人所认为的文象结构或者石榴石的后成合晶，而是原始地幔岩熔融形成富铬岩浆的演化产物。
