Methods: A retrospective study was performed including 397 women treated with IVF-ET with unilateral/bilateral salpingectomy or salpingoplasty for ectopic pregnancy or salpingemphraxis and patients with tubal infertility with existing salpinx. A total of 116 women with history of unilateral (n=70, group A) or bilateral (n=46, group B) received salpingectomy; 60 women with history of unilateral (n=27, group C) or bilateral (n=33, group D) receivedv salpingoplasty. While the remaining women, who were accomplished in the same duration, with fallopian tube obstruction but without hydrosalpinges were acted as control group (n=221, group E). The basic clinical information and ovarian response to gonadotropins were evaluated in these groups.

回顾性分析长方案超排卵IVF周期临床资料，选择397例因输卵管因素不孕患者，其中手术组176例，非手术组221例；手术组患者均因输卵管妊娠或输卵管阻塞、粘连或积水行单侧或双侧输卵管切除或输卵管修复整形手术，其中单侧输卵管切除组70例，双侧输卵管切除组46例，单侧输卵管整形组27例，双侧输卵管整形组33例；非手术组均未为双侧输卵管阻塞无积水患者，作为对照组。

The data were divided into four groups,A group included 57 cycles:a proximal tubal ligation with distal tubal salingostomy had been introduced to the patients before the IVF.B group included 55 cycles,a salpingectomy had been introduced to the patients before the IVF.C group included 52 cycles:no surgical procedure was adopted before IVF-ET.The control group was defined as D group and included 78 cycles of IVF-ET.

回顾性分析2007年3月至2009年3月在沈阳204医院生殖中心因输卵管性不孕接受IVF-ET 治疗共242周期的临床资料，根据IVF-ET前输卵管情况分4组，A组：57个周期，采用输卵管近端结扎伞端造口术；B组：55个周期，已行输卵管切除术；C组：52个周期，积水未行手术组；D组：78个周期，单纯输卵管阻塞，作为对照组。

Results: The fallopian tube of model rats was found with chronic salpingitis, and result in sterility.

结果：模型大鼠输卵管组织呈慢性炎症表现，并且导致不孕发生。

The pelvic cavity inflammation and the repeatedly induced abortion are the primary factors that cause the salpingitis sterile.

结论盆腔炎和反复的人工流产是引起输卵管炎不孕的主要因素，Us、HSG和腹腔镜对输卵管通畅的检查均有一定价值。

Of chronic salpingitis in traditional Chinese and western medicine combined treatment with surgery better:(1) anti-inflammatory treatment: antibiotics and adrenal cortical hormone treatment (2) drug bureaucratic perfusion: Infertility of tubal blockage, the infusion of drugs to promote inflammation absorption.

对慢性输卵管炎以中西医结合配合手术综合治疗效果较好：(1)抗炎治疗：用抗生素与肾上腺皮质激素联合治疗(2)药物官腔灌注法：对输卵管堵塞不孕者，灌注药物促进炎症吸收。

The causes of female infertility: 1, ovulation disorders: ovarian dysgenesis, luteal phase defect. 2, the endocrine endometrial lack of support, as well as the body of abnormal sex hormone levels or the proportion of non-conforming. 3, reproductive tract obstruction: If intrauterine and vaginal salpingitis of Terrier. 4, for reasons unknown factors and immune factors.

2女性不孕的原因：1、排卵障碍：为卵巢发育不全，黄体功能不全。2、子宫内膜的内分泌支持不足以及体内性激素水平不正常或比例不协调。3、生殖道梗阻：如宫腔及输卵管炎性梗阴。4、原因不明因素和免疫因素。

objective:to explore the value of laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of female infertility.methods:the clinical data of 139 cases of female patients with infertility were analyzed retrospectively.results:among 139 cases,55 cases with pelvic adhesion,34 cases with salpingitis,20 cases with endometriosis,and 14 cases with polycystic ovary.the pregnancy rates were 47.27%,41.18%,55.56% and 46.15% respectively after laparoscopic surgery.pelvic adhesion salpingitis and endometriosis were the major cause of female infertility.conclusions:laparoscopic technique can find out the reason of infertility more earlier and more directly and provide timely therapy.so it has excellent clinical effect.

目的：探讨腹腔镜诊治女性不孕症的应用价值。方法：回顾分析我院2004年12月至2007年12月应用腹腔镜诊治女性不孕症139例患者的临床资料。结果：139例中盆腔粘连55例，输卵管炎34例，子宫内膜异位症20例，多囊卵巢综合征14例，术后妊娠率分别为47.27%，41.18%，55.56%，46.15%。盆腔粘连、输卵管炎、子宫内膜异位症是引起女性不孕的主要盆腔病因。结论：应用腹腔镜技术能早期、直观、准确的明确不孕症输卵管及盆、腹腔病因并可同时予以针对性治疗，在直视下通液，动态观察输卵管通畅度和形态，大大降低了常规通液术的假阳性、假阴性率。

The awareness of tubal micro-environment material changes will help to control salpingitis, tubal infertility, tubal pregnancy and other diseases,and then improve the success rate of IVF in vitro fertilization.

认识输卵管微环境物质的变化，有助于中西医防治输卵管炎、输卵管性不孕、输卵管妊娠等疾病。
