Laboratory experiments were carried out to study the survival and development of the Harmonia axyridis feeding on Chaito phorus popleti on high insect-resisitance hybrid poplar 741(Pb29) and medium insect-resisitance hybrid poplar 741(Pbl7).The API 741 poplar was used as control.The mortality and development during immature period,adult,baby mass.eclosion and sex ratio of H. axyridis were measured.The results showed that:to contrast The API 741, Chaito phorus popleti on Pbl7 and Pb29 has no significantly impacts on eclosion,pupation, ecdysis,mortality of immature period and pupa stage;Although every development stage of ladybeetles were not affected to ,the pupal duration of ladybeetles was lowered than the control;The body mass,eclosion and sex ratio have no significant difference.

通过利用节肢动物群落及各个亚群落的物种丰富度、个体数、均匀度和优势集中性对多样性指数进行通径分析，表明了高抗Pb29和CK节肢动物群落及各个亚群落多样性指数与均匀度和优势集中性的相关系数最高，与其物种个体数关系最为不密切：对各组分进行通径分析均表明的多样性提高是建立在降低优势集中性和增加均匀度指数的基础上的，而且以优势集中性的直接作用效果较为显著。

Based on grid pattern sampling, by the analysis of lacunarity indices in Huairou and Mentougou District, it is found that: In different scales, the higher lacunarity indices are, the greater heterogeneity of spatial distribution for forest landscape elements is. This performance can be considered as macroheterogeneity characteristics. Oppositely, the lower lacunarity indices values are, the smaller heterogeneity of spatial distribution for forest landscape elements are.

4通过对怀柔和门头沟试验区进行网格局抽样及孔隙度指数分析发现：在不同尺度下，孔隙度指数值越高，森林景观组分空间分布的不均匀程度越高，表现为宏观异质性特征；孔隙度指数值越低，其景观组分在其研究范围内空间分布均匀，表现为微观异质性特征。

Special attention was paid to the corelationship of lan dscape pattern index and population proˉ portion. Results showed that the diversity and evenness of landscape p attern in Luoyang urban area were on a low level, none of the landscape types exhibited high domina nce,and the green land landscape was in better state.

结果表明，洛阳市区各个研究区景观多样性整体程度不高、分布均匀程度较低且由某种景观占绝对优势的现象较少，绿地景观整体较好；同时相关分析中，城市化率与各个景观格局指数间相关程度较低，其中与景观多样性、均匀度、优势度、破碎度均呈现出负相关性，而只和景观破碎度表现出一定的显著性。

Results CT showed a intrapelvic mass of rectal wall or surrounding soft tissue with inequality of size, relation closeness with intestinal wall; rectall wall different degree compression and narrowing,and extruding surrounding tissue.Below 5cm tumor density were slightly reduced,but symmetrical. Exceed 5cm tumor moderately enhanced, but asymmetrical. CT value of major mass were 25-35Hu, with boundary zone nodule enhancement, contrast-enhanced CT value 50-60Hu, and centricity necrosis.

结果 （1）盆腔内直肠壁或直肠周围软组织肿块，大小不等，肿块与直肠壁关系密切；（2）直肠不同程度的受压、变窄，肿块主要向直肠腔外生长，对周围组织产生推挤压迫；（3）径线在5cm以下肿瘤平扫时密度稍低，但均匀，增强时表现为中等度均匀强化，无坏死；径线在5cm以上10例肿块密度平扫时呈稍低密度且不均匀，CT值25-35Hu，增强时较大的肿瘤边缘带中等度结节样强化，CT值50-60Hu，肿块中心部分无强化，呈坏死样改变。

结果表明：(1)草原景观在其斑块数和面积上虽然仍居首要地位，但其优势并不十分明显，而且该区原生植被本氏针茅草原只占很小的比重，呈现出非常明显的人类干扰特征；(2)研究区斑块的多样性程度和均匀度较高，而面积的多样性程度和均匀度较低，同时，典型草原的景观破碎度最大，景观分离度也最大；(3)景观形态上，人工乔木林和耕地的景观形态最为简单，典型草原和人工灌丛这2种景观类型还处于很不稳定的阶段。
