不均匀

MRI findings usually fall into 2 categories: 1 A soft tissue mass that is hypointense on T1-weighted images and hyperintense on T2-weighted images with diffuse homogeneous or slightly heterogeneous enhancement within the collection; 2 As the phlegmonous mass necroses, there may be a peripherally-enhancing fluid collection.

MRI表现通常被分为两类：1）软组织肿块，T1低信号，T2高信号，病灶内弥漫均匀性或轻度不均匀强化；2）当表现为蜂窝组织炎坏死时，表现为边缘强化的积液。

Among 14 cases of trigeminal tumor,12 cases were examined by CT scanning,2 cases by MRI,all of them were confirmed by pathological examination.The density appeared heterogeneous with 6 cases,homogeneous high density with 5 cases and isopyknic with 1 case.Dropped contrast medium,the 12 CT scanning pictures appeared heterogeneous potentialization,and there were no cerebral edema around the tumor.Among 2 cases examined by MRI,T1 weighted image appeared low signal,T2 weighted image appeared high signal.

内容提要三叉神经瘤14例，12例做CT检查，2例做MRI检查，14例术后均经病理检查证实。12例CT扫描呈混杂密度6例，均匀高密度5例，等密度1例，注射造影剂后多呈不均匀强化，肿瘤周围均无脑水肿。2例MRI图像T1加权像呈低信号，T2加权像呈高信号。X线平片示11例有岩骨、颅底骨吸收破坏。

MPR and VR were applied in the imaging post-processing. Results: All cases were divided into four groups according to the thoracic CT findings and pathologic results as follows:① spheral caseous pneumonia;② tuberculous granuloma;③ fibrous caseous nodule;④ Focal pulmonary consolidation with cavitation. The spheral lesion appeared inhomogeneous density (44/58). cavitation (14/58) or satellite foci (21/58). Contrast scanning was carried out in 31 cases, of which peripheral or ringshaped enhancement was seen in 15 cases, no enhancement in 9 cases and extensive enhancement was seen in 7 cases.

结果：依据影像学表现、随访结果和病灶的病理改变，将58例球形肺结核分为四种类型：①球形干酪肺炎11例，体积较大（最大直径3~5cm），边缘模糊或毛糙，可见晕征，无强化或环行强化；②结核性肉芽肿19例，软组织密度，形态规则或不规则，边缘清楚或光整，强化模式为均匀强化或厚壁强化；③纤维干酪结节14例，规则球形，边缘光滑锐利，内部密度不均匀，可见钙化，多无强化或薄壁环行强化；④结核空洞14例，干酪空洞或纤维空洞，内壁不光整，可见到引流支气管（2例）。

Materials and Methods The triphasic dynamic enhanced CT findings of 52 patients with renal cell carcinoma were reviewed.

资料与方法回顾性分析52例肾癌患者的三期动态CT扫描资料，对经手术病理证实的透明细胞癌、乳头状癌、嫌色细胞癌3种肾癌亚型图像进行双盲法对比分析，比较肿瘤的大小、强化程度与模式（均匀、不均匀及主要周边强化）、有无钙化、出血、坏死与囊变、肿瘤扩散及淋巴结转移等情况，同时结合患者的性别和年龄，分析3种亚型肾癌之间的影像学差异。

Results:11 cases of angiomyolipoma manifested as a solitary renal mass on unenhanced ct, 6 cases of masses appeared as homogeneous attenuation, while 5 cases of tumors as heterogeneous attenuation.

对11例手术病理证实的乏脂肪aml的螺旋ct及临床表现进行回顾分析。结果：11例均为单发肿块，平扫表现密度均匀者6例，不均匀者5例。

In this work the unhomogeneity of microstructure in product strips has been studied, and the methods to control grain size with the hot rolling technological parameters are given. The capacity to control the property unhomogeneity of hot strips has been greatly improved after using the methods. According the statistics of production, the the property unhomogeneity over 99% strips is less than 80 MPa in a batch of coils, and less than 40MPa in a coil.

8对大量实际生产带钢组织和性能的不均匀性进行了研究，提出了通过调整热轧工艺参数来进行晶粒尺寸均匀度控制的的具体措施，实际生产采取该控制手段后，使宝钢对管线钢性能波动的控制水平得到大幅度的提高；强度波动由管线钢生产初期的批量内150～200MPa，卷内100MPa提高到批量内00MPa，卷内0MPa，可按合同交货；大生产实际水平为：99％产品的强度波动量达到批量内0MPa，卷内0MPa。

According to permeability, associating with pore type, pore throat radium, ratio of pore throat radium, and connectivity of pore throat, the reservoir is divided into two groups: moderate permeability reservoir with moderate pore and small throat and low permeability reservoir. the latter is further classified into three types: moderate pore and small throat reservoir, small pore and unhomogeneous and subtle throat reservoir, and small pore and homogeneous and subtle throat reservoir.

在此基础上，以渗透率为主线，结合孔隙类型、孔喉半径、孔喉半径比以及孔喉连通性等参数，将研究区储层主要划分为中渗透储层和低渗透储层2种基本类型，前者以中渗透中孔细喉道型为主，后者又进一步细分为低渗透中孔细喉道型、低渗透小孔不均匀微细喉道型和低渗透小孔较均匀微细喉道型等3个亚类。

The density, electrical contact resistance and hardness of these two alloys were tested. The results show that Ag and rare earth oxide appear in Ag-Y and Ag-Ce alloy after internal oxidation. The distribution of oxide particles is inhomogeneous and seriously conglomerated in Ag-Y2O3 and Ag-CeO2 sintered bulk, but they are dispersed and uniform in Ag matrix after severe plastic deformation. The relative densities of wire materials are larger than 99% and the electrical contact resistances are low (＜2.2 μΩcm).

结果表明：Ag-Y和Ag-Ce合金粉末经内氧化处理后生成Ag和稀土氧化物2种物相；Ag-Y2O3和Ag-CeO2材料烧结坯中氧化物颗粒分布不均匀且团聚严重，但材料经过大变形加工后，氧化物颗粒细小，均匀地弥散分布在银基体上；最终产品丝材的相对密度均达到99%以上，电阻率较低(＜2.2 μΩcm)。
