How to ensure this new structure to be in elastic state under frequent earthqu ake, be mendable under design earthquake and not collapse under infrequent earthquake, especially the last item, is the problem to be solved imminently in engineering field. Center around this problem, 5 aspects of investigation are carried out as following:(1) The experiment of seismic performance of ASCCs in this new frame structure has not been reported, in order to study this problem, 9 ASCC specimens with shear steel plate are tested subjected to the horizontal low cyclic loading, in which, the shear span ratio is 3 and axial compression ratio is different. The hysteretic curves of 9 specimens are obtained. The seismic performance indexes such as energy dissipation, stiffness degradation, strength degradation, skeleton curves and ductility of this kind of column are acquired, and the seismic fortification measures including ultimate values of axial compression ratio under different seismic degree are suggested.

Firstly, a mathematic model was constructed to deal with fault isolation. This model mainly considered the associations among fault sources and available testing of hierarchical system, the affiliation of faults with replaceable units in different levels, the prior probability of fault sources and the available testing costs. Secondly, a quasi multi-step look-ahead search algorithm was presented which employed the information gain as its heuristics. This algorithm could realize optimization of testing sequence in different isolation levels.

A software for aided designing bolt of tunnel named ANSYSBOLT was designed on the basis of ANSYS finite element software. In the software environment, bolt supporting model of physical tunnel in tectonic stress field was structured according to physical parameters of coal and rock seam of some working face, and in conditions of different buried depth, bolt supporting structure and pre-tightening force, distributions of stress of surrounding rock of physical tunnel and its displacement were analyzed and calculated by ANSYSBOLT software. Then influence of different buried depth, bolt supporting structure and pre-tightening force on stability of roof and floor of tunnel was analyzed and finally feasible scheme of bolt supporting was gotten according to the analysis result.
