The analysis methods for the determination of microor trace elements in high moisture jellyfish were developed. The fatty acid compositions indifderent parts of fresh jellyfish were determined by GC/MS method. Thirty-five fatty acids wereidentified, and most of them were found in R. esculentum jellyfish for the first time. Especially,two unusual very long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids that were never detected in the otherjellyfish also were determined. Amino acids were abundant in R. esculentum jellyfish, especiallycontaining sulfur amino acids, and could be supplied for human diet. The polysaccharide inumbrella part of jellyfish was composed of glucose, galactose and uronic acid, and its molecularweight was 40,000, but the polysaccharide of the oral arms part consisted of glucose, mannose andglycuronic acid, and its molecular weight was 43,000. Above-mentioned data were never reported.The ethanolic extract of oral arms part of jellyfish were extracted by different polar solvents(petroleum ether, acetic ether, n-butanol), and antibacterial activity was tested to these extracts byfour species of terricolous pathogenic bacilli and three species of botanic pathogenic fungi. Theresult demonstrated that the petroleum ether extract had certain bactericidal activity for twospecies of pathogenic bacilli, and n-butanol extract had certain inhibited activity on apple rotpathogenic fungus.

建立了高含水量的海蜇产品中微量、痕量元素成分测定的分析方法；采用 GC/MS 方法测定了新鲜海蜇不同部位的脂肪酸组成，共鉴定出 35 种脂肪酸，其中大多数脂肪酸是首次在海蜇中被检测到，尤其是两种不常见的 C24：5 超长链多不饱和脂肪酸的分析和鉴定在其它水母种属中也从未见报道；海蜇三个部位中氨基酸成分齐全，含量丰富，含硫氨基酸含量较高，可与其它食物蛋白质的氨基酸互补；其中海蜇皮多糖是由葡萄糖、半乳糖和糖醛酸组成，分子量为 40，000，海蜇头多糖是由葡萄糖、甘露糖和糖醛酸组成，分子量为 43，000，以上工作均未见报道；利用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇三种不同极性溶剂分别萃取海蜇头乙醇浸提物，用纸碟法和生长速率法分别对四株陆源病原菌和三株植物病原真菌进行了抑菌实验，结果表明海蜇头石油醚提取物和正丁醇提取物具有一定的抑菌活性。

The mothod is simple, quick, acurate. In all of the samples, the contents of echinacoside is markedly more than that of acteoside, the content of the two active component in the wilding is higher than that in the planting. The content of sample in the different sizes gradually increase from the big to the small, and the contents of samples collected from the different hosts vary markedly. These results are useful for the quality evaluation of medicinal materials of C. tubulosa .

本法用于管花肉苁蓉的测定简便、快速、灵敏、重复性好，所测样品中有效成分松果菊苷比毛蕊花糖苷的含量均高，野生种的2种有效成分含量均比栽培种的高，将样品以个体长度分成大、中、小3种不同样品，所测结果表示其含量按大、中、小依次增加，不同寄主间的含量差异很大，为评价管花肉苁蓉的药材质量提供一定的依据。

Aromatic constituents of Huangdan Oolong tea were analysed with GC and MS and were compared in different green-making humid conditions.The major aromatic constituents of Huangdan Oolong tea were nerolidol,α-farnesene, linalool and its oxide, geraniol, pheny lacetal dehyde, indole, cis-jasmine lactone β-ionone cis-jasmone, benzyl acetate and so on.At the same temperature,the content of aromatic constituents were different, the aromatic quality in the 75% humid condition was better,which was more fragrant and kept longer.

用GC/MS法分析了黄旦品种乌龙茶的香气组分，并对不同湿度做青环境条件下生产的乌龙茶香气组分进行比较分析表明：黄旦乌龙茶主要香气成分为橙花叔醇、α-法呢烯、芳樟醇及其氧化物、香叶醇、苯乙醛、吲哚、顺-茉莉内酯、β-紫罗酮＋顺-茉莉酮、乙酸苄酯等；在相同温度（23℃），不同湿度做青环境生产的黄旦乌龙茶香气主要特征成分含量和精油总量各不相同，且香气品质以做青环境相对湿度75％为好，香气高且持久。

①Rat MSC and VSMC were cultured and identified, respectively. MSC were labeled with DAPI firstly, and then co-cultivated with VSMC. The changes of morphology and ultrastructure of co-cultured cells were observed. Immunfluorescence analysis was performed by using monoclonal antibodies against specific antigen.②We established the regulatable system in two steps: a stable MSC line expressing rtTA has been constructed and characterized firstly by transfected with pUHD 17-1hyg and then selected by hygromycin B; in a second step, this line was used for trandfer the AT2R gene to MSC to get the well establishing double stable MSC lines;③The expression of AT2R regulated by doxycycline was evaluated by western blot;④The MSCs were transduced into rat carotid arteries with regulatable AT2R gene after the establishment of rat carotid balloon injury restenosis model. The intimal/medial area ratio were measured by digital analysis system.

研究方法：(1)密度梯度离心法及胶原酶消化法分别培养原代大鼠MSC及VSMC，细胞共培养并行免疫荧光化学染色和透射电镜观察超微结构；(2)组成受Dox调控的哺乳动物表达系统的四种成分的转化、扩增及提纯并酶切鉴定；(3)采用常规分子生物学方法连续两个回合转染体外培养的MSC，并分别采用发光计检测不同细胞克隆萤光素酶活性改变以及RT-PCR方法检测AT2R目的基因mRNA表达情况，根据各个细胞克隆受Dox调控表达的程度，选择低背景、高诱导表达AT2R的细胞系，作为双重稳定MSC细胞系；蛋白免疫印迹法观察该细胞系在Dox调控下AT2R表达的时相性、持续性及在不同浓度Dox调控下的表达情况；(4)建立大鼠颈动脉球囊损伤动物模型，将双重稳定MSC在术中导入血管，分别于14 d、28 d进行病理切片，检测可调控AT2R对新生内膜增生的影响；采用RT-PCR免疫组织化学免疫荧光等技术观察AT2R基因在新生内膜中的表达以及细胞外基质成分表达的改变，TUNEL法检测血管组织中细胞凋亡的变化情况。

Different chemicals have different spectrographic signatures, but those of water and hydroxyl are very similar. The yield, chemical components and relative contents of essential oil extracted from Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng by Soxhlet extraction and steam distillation were compared. The volatile chemical constituents of essential soil extracted were analyzed by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spetrometry. The results showed that the constituents of the volatile from the same plant and the relative contents were significantly different due to different extraction methods.

采用索氏提取器及水蒸气蒸馏两种方法对采于不同时间、不同产地的紫茎泽兰Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng挥发性成分进行了提取，比较了两种方法的得油率、化学组成及其相对含量；采用GC-MS联用技术对其中的挥发性成分进行了分析。

并在此基础上比较了牛初乳中常规成分和IgG含量的季节性变化规律和变化幅度，同时对采食不同季节牛初乳的新生犊牛的血清成分(IgG、IgA、IgM、IGF-I、INS、T3、T4)进行了检测，对犊牛发病率和死亡率进行了统计，进而探讨了不同季节牛初乳对新生犊牛获得性免疫是否有显著影响。
