In order to solve the problem such as aging establishment, inconsequent structure, illogical parameter, laggard irrigating technique, etc, establishment types and irrigating mode of QinHuangdao, ShanHaiguan, Changli and Luanhe of seashore plain in Hebei province were researched in this paper.
