The results show that as for the as-cast castings, eutectic Si particles are characterized as fibrous or long acicular shape as well as in homogenous distribution, and the impact absorbed energy varies from 1.17 to 2.35J. After T6 heat treatment, the eutectic Si particles become small granular or short bacilliform, and the aspect ratio and area fraction of Si particles decrease evidently. The energy of the T6-treated castings is 1.45-3.80 J, which is higher than that of the as-cast castings. Furthermore, the fracture mechanisms of different regions in the castings were analyzed and discussed.

结果表明：铸态下共晶Si粒子大多为纤维状或长针状，呈不均匀的网状分布，冲击吸收功在1.17~2.35J的范围内变化后；经T6热处理后，团簇状Al-Si共品相明显减少，共晶Si粒子呈现出粒状或短棒状，且细小均匀，Si粒子的长宽比和面积分数都有显著降低，冲击吸收功在1.45~3.80J的范围内变化，比铸态有明显提高。

After T6 heat treatment, the eutectic Si particles become small granular or short bacilliform, and the aspect ratio and area fraction of Si particles decrease evidently. The energy of the T6-treated castings is 1.453.80 J, which is higher than that of the as-cast castings. Furthermore, the fracture mechanisms of different regions in the castings were analyzed and discussed.

As the DDP group A549DDP cells were treated with IC10 of cisplatin for 48 hours. As the DDP＋Rh2 group A549DDP cells were treated with IC10 of cisplatin and IC5 of gensenoside Rh2 for 48 hours. As the controlling group A549DDP cells were not treated with any kinds of drugs. Changes in cellular morphology were observed by fluorescence microscopy. Peak value apoptosis of A549DDP cells were inspected by flow cytometry. State of PTP was evaluated by ultraviolate spectrofluorometer. Changs of calcium in cells and membrane potential of mitochondrion were determined by flow cytometry. Release of cyt-c from mitochondrion with westton blot Radiative activity of〓Tc-MIBI ingested by cells was measured withγcounter. Results: IC50 of cisplatine to A549 cells was 24uM.

The variation rates of four wheat lines were 2%~3%. The characters of SP1 variation plants at maturity stage also appeared big changes. The growth inhibiting rate of T24 cell lines were detected by MTT methods, apoptosis of cells were detected by flow cytometry, the mechanism of apoptosis was analyzed by detecting the protein expression of Bcl-2, Bax, Caspase-9, Caspase-3 and cytoplastic protein Cytochrome C. 4 We injected live T24 cells into the subcutaneous space of nude mice and successfully built up the animal model of bladder carcinoma. The effect of CS-PAA-EPI polymer magnetic microspheres targeting chemotherapy was investigated by HE staining, TUNEL ,tumor weight and volume inhibition rate. Results: 1 TEM revealed that the CS-PAA polymer magnetic microspheres were regular spherical shape,the average diameter was 80nm in dry condition. By controlling the pH value of the medium,polymers had positive or negative zeta potential. VSM showed the CS-PAA polymer magnetic microspheres had superparamagnetic. The diameter of CS-PAA-EPI polymer magnetic microspheres were 200nm in solution by DLS examining,the embedding ratio was 20%,the EPI loading rate was 15%, which was higer than reported in other articles. 2 Raw eye observation found that the rat"s bladder of treatment group was brown color,which meaned the aggregation of iron particles, compared with the control group, iron stain found iron particles were assembled in rat"s bladder of the treatment group, the amount of iron particles in liver and spleen were less obviously.
