These results indicated that a well structured anatase TiO2 was obtained by impregnation method under 500℃. Flow rate, in the activity test, could be neglected for mass transfer effects. As a matter of fact, relative humidity played the most important role in this reaction. The highest removal efficiency was obtained while relative humidify of 56.8%. Water molecules are sources of ; however, excessive water molecules could inhibit reactions by competing activity sites with organic containments. In the regeneration test, photocatalyst could be reactivated through a running water vapor with UV light illumination process.

研究结果指出，以含浸法制备之触媒於500℃锻烧下，具有良好的锐钛矿晶体结构；另外在活性测试的部份，流量的增加，污染物之去除效果不受影响，所以本实验选择以200ml/min之流量可忽略质传影响；湿度扮演重要的角色，当RH=56.8％时去除效率最高，主要因水气是产生氢氧自由基的主要来源，但是过多之水气可能与有机物竞争触媒表面上的活性位置，因而抑制反应的进行；初使浓度对去除率之影响中得知，初使浓度的高低不会影响触媒对有机物的催化能力，实验使用之触媒量适合催化200~250ppm之有机物，可藉由增加触媒量提高对有机物之催化能力；此外再生的测试，触媒可经由连续曝水及紫外光的照射，使触媒恢复原有的活性，可再次利用。

The conversion boundary of self-incompatibility was researched by sowing by stage. Sunshine of day and temperature was studied critically by investigating leafage and researching traits indoors. The results showed that the daily minimum temperature was the principal factor of affinity conversion and the affinity conversion boundary was 16.5~18.1℃.HE97 was primarily regard as self-incompatible line in this research. The method was by inbreeding and sib HE97, Half the silk of HE97 and Zheng58. Inbreeding and cross have been done simultaneously. The extending condition of pollen tube was observed by dying the silk after pollinating 4 hours. The individuals with pollen tube were observed having seeds, while the individuals without pollen tube were observed having few seeds or no seeds. So this study regard HE97 as sporophytic self-incompatibility .The planting ration of female parent HE97 and male parent 87-1 was 4:1.The nature cross-pollination was studied by the theory of endosperm xenity, the study show that the setting percentage of HE97 was 625%, in which the seed in self was 70% and the seed in hybrid was 30%. This was consistent with the study of silk anatomy structure, then come to the same conclusion: compatible pollen germination and fertilization can stimulate the self-incompatible pollen germination and fertilization in the same corn cob.

通过分期播种，进行了光温敏自交不亲和材料HE97亲和性转换区间的研究，依据田间跟踪调查叶龄及室内考种研究了HE97亲和性转换区间的光温临界值，结果表明：1日最低温度是影响HE97自交不亲和性的主要原因，亲和性转换区间在16.5℃～18.1℃之间。2通过HE97自交和姊妹交以及将HE97与郑58作为双亲，各自的花丝一分为二，分别正反交，授粉后4个小时分别取其花丝进行固定、染色，观察花粉管的伸长情况，根据结实率与花粉管伸长的对应关系，结果发现观察到花粉管的对应植株收获到了种子，而没有观察到花粉管的对应植株结实率极低或没有结实，本研究把HE97初步划为孢子体自交不亲和类型。3以HE97为母本，87-1为父本，按4母：1父行比，通过花粉直感效应研究天然异交率，结果母本HE97结实良好(62%)，其中自交粒占70%，异交粒占30%，结合花丝切片观察表明，亲和花粉的萌发及受精会导致落在同一果穗柱头上不亲和花粉的萌发不再受抑制。

Results showed that all the three sweet sorghum varieties contained plentiful sugar, which can provide enough carbon source for alcohol fermentation, however, total nitrogen and some mineral elements（Fe3＋）cannot meet the needs of alcohol fermentation. Activity of most microbes in stalk juice can be inhibited and the sugar can be maintained when the stalk juice was condensed to 4～5 times. Due to the reasons that the activity of acetous microbe or hydrolysis enzyme inside stalk juice can be maintained, ratio of reducing sugar to total sugar was increased with storage time at 55～60℃,0.15 MPa vacuum condensed condition, which can be beneficial for the purpose of alcohol fermentation.

结果表明，三个品种都含有丰富的糖分，可以为酵母菌发酵制取酒精提供良好的碳源，但总氮和某些矿物质元素（如：Fe3＋）不能满足酒精酵母的营养需要；甜高粱茎秆汁浓缩至4～5倍时，可以抑制汁液中大多数微生物的活动，使其中糖分不受损失；在试验设定的真空浓缩工艺条件下（55～60℃，0.15 MPa）甜高粱茎秆汁中产酸微生物或水解酶类仍保持活性，使得还原糖占总糖的比率随贮藏时间延长而升高，这有利于酒精发酵。

Methods: 126 patients who applied analgetic entered the study and radomized to two treatment groups :Fluoxetine group (20mg/d) and Imipramine group (250mg/d),then studied after three weeks in three aspects of antidepressant, curative effect,pain affectability and side reaction.

Another innovation is detecting the magnitude of neutral point signal-frequency voltage to judge the resonant state, which improves the sensitivity and accuracy of resonant judgement effectively.
