Analyzing stipulations of current price hearing system and the practice of it, this paper find out following deficiencies: unreasonable mechanism of hearing representative nomination, anisomerous of price information in the hearing, hearing records and minutes lack binding force. These deficiencies are caused by the vacancy of administrative law on hearing procedure, short history of hearing system establishment, distemperedness of public participate procedure.
