In this paper, we mainly study the alternating group A_4 actions on spin 4-manifolds. First we discuss the special action of A_4 on K3 surfaces of Fermat type, we compute the fixed points set of this action and some invariants of the group action, also we get some topological properties. Then we study the A_4 actions on general K3 surfaces and obtain some similar results.

本文主要是以交错群A_4在K3曲面上的作用为研究对象，从Fermat型K3曲面上的特殊的A_4作用出发，得到了Fermat型K3曲面上A_4作用的不动点，利用不动点集计算了群作用的一些不变量并得到了相关的拓扑性质，在此基础上进一步把其中的一些结果推广到一般情形下的同伦K3曲面上。

近年探究表明，乙酸钙-鲍曼不动杆菌临床上的分离率和铜绿假单胞菌相当，并有逐年上升的趋向，已成为院内感染的重要条件致病菌[1]，对多种抗菌药物有较高耐药性[1，2]，为此，我们监测并统计分析了我院1998年至2004年七年间乙酸钙-鲍曼不动杆菌的临床感染情况，对14种抗菌药物的耐药性及耐药趋向，现总结报道如下。1材料和方法1.1基本资料所有资料均来自于1998年1月1日至2004年12月31日我院门诊和住院病人的送检标本，经临床微生物学实验室培养并经鉴定为乙酸钙-鲍曼不动杆菌感染病例，同时以临床常用抗菌药物作药敏检测的结果。1.2细菌鉴定和药敏试验采用生物梅里埃VITEK32全自动细菌分析系统及其配套的细菌鉴定卡和药敏卡进行检测，1998~2000年使用GNI鉴定卡，2001~2004使用GNI+卡。

在538例VAP中，2种及2种以上致病菌感染占56.51%；革兰阴性细菌中，铜绿假单胞菌和不动杆菌属为VAP的主要致病菌(68.63%)(385/561)；表皮葡萄球菌感染为VAP的主要革兰阳性致病菌(75.40%)(95/126)；真菌占20.98%(183/872)；铜绿假单胞菌在两个时间段所占比例无明显变化，不动杆菌属的检出率呈上升趋势(8.23%～15.23%)；铜绿假单胞菌和不动杆菌属对亚胺培南、头孢他啶的敏感性明显下降，耐苯唑西林表皮葡萄球菌的检出率显著升高(18.75%～71.43%)。

①The collected clinical Acinetobacter baumannii isolates were more seriously resistable to Ciprofloxacin than to Imipenem;②The antibiotic resistance of clinical Acinetobacter baumannii isolates may be associated with the decline of CarO protein expression;③There is some relationship between CarO protein and ciprofloxacin-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii strains,it proves that CarO protein supports bacteria on multi-drug resistance;④CarO protein may be related to cell signalling;⑤The difference in CarO protein functional sites and structure between the sensitive strains and the resistant strains may be related to bacterial resistance.
