In this paper we use pointwise modulus of smoothness to study approximation direct theorem and equivalent theorem for some linear operators and quasi-interpolant operators; Using pointwise modulus we discuss the strong converse inequality on K-functional; and using a modified weighted K-functional and weighted modulus of smoothness we study approximation with Jacobi weight on operator with non-zero first order moments.

本文利用点态光滑模ω_~(2r)来研究某些线性算子及逆中插式逼近正定理和等价定理；利用点态光滑模讨论其关于K-泛函的强逆不等式；同时利用一种改变的带权K-泛函和带权光滑模研究一阶矩不为零的算子的点态带Jacobi权逼近。

The forth algorithm is the same as the third one with an addition of finite termination criteria. Although the latter two algorithms have only linear rate of convergence, they are especially suitable for large-scale and sparse problems, with features of simple formula, small storage, sparsity preservation and easy implementation.

前者借助NCP函数把互补问题转化为等价的非光滑方程组，再用带参数的光滑方程组近似这些非光滑方程组，最后用牛顿型方法求解所得到的光滑方程组，希望通过光滑参数趋于零得到原来互补问题的解；后者基于等价不动点格式，构造了一个光滑迭代算法和一个具有有限终止性质的算法，虽然这种迭代算法仅有线性收敛速度，但由于其格式简单、存储量小、保稀疏性、非常易于计算机实现等特点，故较适用于求解大规模稀疏问题。

结果未添加稳定剂的纳米球表面粘连团聚现象严重，难以成球；乳化聚合法制备的GA-PBCA-NP在透射电镜下观察表面圆整光滑，粒子之间不团聚，不黏连，粒径范围在90～600 nm，包封率为60.49%，载药量为18.15%；界面缩聚法制得的纳米粒表面圆整光滑，粒子之间不团聚，不黏连，粒径大小均匀，都在200 nm左右，包封率为73.87%，载药量为22.23%，两种方法制备的稳定性都较好。

GA-PBCA-NP produced by the two methods both had spheric and smooth outer appearance,uniform distribution,nonadherence and stability.The diameter,ebeding ratio and drug loading in GA-PBCA-NP produced by emulsification polymerization and interfacial polymerization methods were 90～600 nm and 200 nm,60.49% and 73.87%,18.15% and 22.23%,respectively.ConclusionIt is important to add dextran 70 in preparation.

Comparison of case calculations indicates that different site sets may require varied methods to construct optimal grids. Among them the "optimized dynamic allocation under flattest model constraint", and "optimized dynamic allocation under smoothest model constraint" are most adaptive, by which the constructed grids have fairly smooth grid spacing and smaller site shifts.
