Result:The anatomic correlating measurement,length:from the branches of facical nerve (to frontalis and orbicular muscle of eye) to Zygomatic arch marginal,paropia;Length :from facial nerve marginal mandibular branches to marginal mandibular.

结果：测量得到面神经颞支及其分支额肌支和眼轮匝肌支与颧弓下缘及眼外眦角的长度；面神经下颌缘支与下颌缘距离值。

The following values was measured: angle of cusp line between the second and third molar, impact state and depth, distance from Rickett's Xi to distal cusp of third mandibular molar along the occlusal plane, anterior border of ramus to the third mandibular molar, distance from projection of distal contact point of maxillary third molar to intersection of pterygoid vertical on occlusal plane.The change between pre-and post-treatment was calculated and analyzed with SPSS10.0 software package.α angle, Xi-LTM, R-LTM, R-LTM were tested with independent-sample t test, impact state and depth was tested with Chi-square test. Influence of age on the values was also evaluated.

测量治疗前后的第二、第三磨牙牙尖连线角度、阻生状态和深度，Rickett's Xi点到下颌第三磨牙远中尖距离、下颌支前缘到第三磨牙远中尖距离、翼上颌裂切线到上颌第三磨牙后缘的距离及上、下磨牙的前移量，计算治疗前后各变量的差值，采用SPSS10.0软件包进行统计学分析，α角、Xi-LTM、R-LTM、R-LTM用t检验，阻生状态和深度用χ^2检验，比较年龄因素对各指标的影响。

Results; Facial width was correlated to most of craniofacial width; basal bone of maxilla was adapted to facial type; nasal width was related to craniofacial width in high-angle subjects; condyle width was related to adjacent structures; gonial width was related to condyle width.

结果：高低角骨面型中面宽与整个颅面部横向发育关系都较密切；上颌基骨宽度与面型协调一致；高角骨面型鼻宽受整个颅面宽度的影响较大；下颌升支上下部分的宽度是相互关联的，髁突的宽度与邻近骨骼的宽度有关。

Methods Mandibular angle oblique ostectomy by intraoral method. Move the chin forward and downward after horizontal ostectomy,with bone autograft inserted and fixed with Ti screw and plate.

口内入路下颌角斜形截骨，颏部水平截骨向前向下移动，骨片植入。

In addition to zygomatic arch ligament observation, mandibular ligament, ligament platysma ears, before the ligament platysma skin, SMAS-zygomatic cheek cruciate ligament and the mandible, in the mandibular angle, lateral numbness of the mouth, etc.

除观察致颧弓韧带、下颌骨韧带、颈阔肌耳韧带、颈阔肌皮肤前韧带、SMAS-颧颊韧带和下颌骨韧带外，在下颌角、口角外侧、外眦外侧等处亦有皮肤支持带存在结论面部皮肤支持带粗、细不等，长、短不一，除皱术中需剪断和重建某些韧带，以达到最大程度的松解和提紧效果。

Results 61 cases were underwent this operation since 2000,following up for 3 months to 2 years,60 cases with natural shape and 1 case unsatisfaction.

结果：自2000年来共完成61例自体下颌角骨移植隆颏术，术后随访3月～2年，形态满意60例，不满意1例。
