The variation of red blood cell immunity function in the patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus (type 2 DM)(34 case) and diabetogenous nephropathy(31 case) was checked up in this article,undering the control with 40 case of healthy people.The results showed that the rate of floral hoop of red blood cell C3b receptor(RBC.C3bRR) and the red blood cell immunity elevated factor in the DN and type 2 DM patients dropped down remarkably.

本文检测34例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(2型DM)患者及31例糖尿病肾病患者的红细胞免疫功能，并与40例健康人进行对照，结果发现2型DM及DN患者红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC.C3bRR)、红细胞免疫促进因子显著下降，红细胞免疫复合物花环率RBC。

Results: Pinoresinol diglucoside contents in post-processed pieces were lower than those in pre-processed and aleohol extract had different changes because of its different habitats.

The molecular weight of dextransucrase measured by SDS-PAGE was 170 kDa ,which was similar to the enzyme from Leuconostoc mesenteroides. The results imply that the inhibition of NADPH is due to the earlier binding of NADPH to the enzyme which caused the arm to move from the condensation domain to the reduction domain so as to affect the binding of substrate malonyl CoA and inhibit the activity.

A cDNA segment was isolated from M. meretrix larvae. The results of caspase in situ detection in larval developmental stages revealed that there were activated caspase from L1 to L3, indicating caspase is involved in the whole developmental process. The main apoptosis area was found in velum at L3 before metamorphosis, indicating the degradation of velum might be the process of apoptosis. The larvae before metamorphosis were treated by caspase specific inhibitor to analyze the role of caspase in this process. The results indicated that caspase have function metamorphosis.

根据caspase在不同物种中的保守区域设计简并引物，在文蛤幼虫中扩增到cDNA序列片段；检测有活性的caspase在文蛤幼虫各发育时期的分布部位，发现其在L1至L3期幼虫中都有分布，说明整个幼虫形态变化过程中都有caspase的参与；细胞凋亡检测结果显示，幼虫主要发生细胞凋亡的部位在L3期幼虫的面盘，即变态过程中要退化的器官，说明细胞凋亡可能是文蛤幼虫变态过程中面盘退化的主要机制；用caspase特异性抑制剂处理变态前幼虫，发现幼虫变态率下降，初步验证了caspase在文蛤幼虫变态过程中的作用。
