The results showed compared with the native state the shear strength of rockmass under the saturation state decreased by 11.17%, cohesion force decreased by 16.09%, internal frictional angle decreased by 10.02%.(3) 3D-σFEM numerical simulation software is used to simulate the slope stability on the native state and saturation state. 根据此数据，结合资料查阅、专家咨询，运用景观生态学、城市生态学、城市学、城市规划、统计分析的原理，以义乌市2003年形成的城市环线内的城市景观为对象，研究城市化主导的城市景观结构演变机制，其结果如下：(1)自然景观逐年下降，半自然半人工景观急剧减少，人工景观快速增加。1996—2005年的9年间，自然景观减少了145.58hm~2，年变化率2.05％，占研究区的百分比从8.95％下降到7.30％；半自然半人工景观减少了3545.32hm~2，变化量超过了1996年一半，年变化率6.17％，占研究区的百分比从72.33％下降到32.17％；人工景观增加了3690.89hm~2，年变化率24.82％，占研究区的百分比从18.72％上升到60.53％。

The average level of the soil available potassium was 119.96 mg/kg, which decreased 18.94 mg/kg and 1.05 mg/kg one year averagely. But the decreasing trend alleviated in recent years. There were 39.5 kg/hm^2 nitrogen and 30.9 kg/hm^2 phosphorus (P2O5) more than needed averagely, and 150.0 kg/hm^2 potassium (K2O) in deficiency. Though the fertilizer application was high and the rate of fertilizer was 647.96 kg/hm^2 in nutrient, the ratio of organic to inorganic was still unreasonable. The ratio of the chemical fertilizer nitrogen phosphorus (P2O5) and potassium (K2O) was 1:0.42:0.14. The nitrogen application was enough and even higher than that was needed. The phosphorus was proper elementarily and potassium was in deficiency. The yield of wheat which was the main crop increased slightly and that of other autumn harvest crops was stable.

土壤速效钾7年平均值119.96 mg/kg，比第二次土壤普查时下降了18.94 mg/kg，平均每年以1.05 mg/kg的速度下降，但近年来下降趋势变缓；养分平衡中氮素平均盈余39.5 kg/hm^2，磷素(P2O5)盈余30.9 kg/hm^2，钾素(K2O)亏缺150.0 kg/hm2；全省施肥水平较高，每公顷总施肥量折纯养分647.96 kg，但有机无机比仍不合理，化肥氮、磷、钾投入比例1：0.42：0.17，氮肥充足，部分地区用量偏高，磷肥基本合理，钾肥不足；主要农作物小麦产量略有上升，其它主要秋收作物产量基本稳定。

MCP could effectively delay the softening of climacteric fruit, such as Starking and Fuji apples and Feicheng peach, but as different fruits had different softening mechanism, the mechanism of 1-MCP inhibiting different fruit softening was different: in Starking apples, the key enzyme to the softening is endo-and exo-PG, while during Feicheng peach fruit softening, the key enzyme was EGase before the 20th d and endo-PG after 20th d during storage at 0℃. 1-MCP inhibited fruit softening mainly by inhibiting PG activity in Starking apple while in Feicheng peach, by inhibiting the activity of EGase in the earlier storage time and endo-PG in the latter time. It was also found that LOX accelerated the initiation of the softening and was regulated by ethylene and 1-MCP in apple and peach.

2.1-MCP能较好的延缓红星、富士和肥城桃等跃变型果实硬度的下降，但是不同品种/树种的果实软化机理不同，1-MCP抑制其软化的机理也不一致：在红星果实中，对软化起主要作用的酶一直为内切和外切两种PG，而在肥城桃软化过程中，前20d以纤维素酶活性起主要作用，20d后软化以内切PG为主。1-MCP主要通过抑制红星果实中PG酶活性来抑制果实硬度的下降；在肥城桃果实中，1-MCP通过抑制前期纤维素酶和后期内切PG活性，延缓了果实硬度的下降。

Compared with the first quarter of 2007, first quarter 2008 outerwear net sales increased 16% to $69.6 million and accessories and equipment net sales increased 12% to $15.4 million. The result shows that with the increase of stress time, relative water content on leaf is in a downward trend while Sedum spurium \\\"Coccineum\\\"、Sedum reflexum have a slight increase in the mid; MDA content in these plants changes very slowly except that in Sedum spurium \\\"Coccineum\\\" which continues to increase; the relative electric conductivity in the first 20d in four kinds of plants is on the rise and the value of sedum lineare and Sedum spurium \\\"Coccineum\\\" decreases in the last 5d of stress; the changes of SOD activity in four sedums are similar, which increase first and then decrease and then rise again.
