结果 共定性检出有机类环境激素10种，即邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、邻苯二甲酸正丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二（2-乙基己基）酯、邻苯二甲酸丁酯、邻苯二甲酸异辛基酯、邻苯二甲酸丁环己酯、苯并噻唑、萘、菲、苯并异噻唑。C断面检出的环境激素浓度最高，菲、DBP、DEHP浓度分别高达0.320、13.89、109.93μg/L.A断面次之，B断面检出的环境激素浓度与A断面相比有所下降，E断面检出的环境激素与其他断面相比，浓度相对较低，D断面所检出的环境激素与C断面比较，有一定下降，但下降不明显。

Results: After 24h exposure to rhBMP-2, the expression of PCNA in HFCL cells decreased 0.65 fold by densimetric scanning. Observed after staining with the Wright-Gimsa, the numbers of cells with mitosis imaging decreased, but the morphologic change of cells did not happen. The HFCL cell numbers in S phsae decreased while in G1 phase increased, the cell cycle was arrested at G1 phase HFCL cells did not differentiate to myelocytic or mononucleate cells.

结果：经过rhBMP-2作用24h后，HFCL细胞PCNA表达下降，经灰度扫描下降幅度为0.65倍；瑞氏－吉姆萨染色后发现细胞核分裂像减少，分裂指数下降，但细胞形态没有变化；HFCL细胞S期中的细胞数量减少，G1期数量增多，出现G1期阻滞；rhBMP-2作用没有使HFCL细胞向髓系或单核方向分化的趋势。

Bieti lost its habitat continuously in recently decades associated with the extension of rangelands and farmlands, as well as firewood collection etc. The monkey live mainly in primary fir forest and the mixed conifer forest, to evaluate the status of the monkeys' habitat, we employed GIS and RS software to identify the habitat types with five Landsat TM/ETM+ satellite imagery in winter of 1986, 1992, 1997, 2001 and 2006 years respectively. The work resulted in: 1 the size of summer grazing lands, farmlands, and fir forest was 13 100 hm2, 6 400 hm2, and 30 500 hm2 in 2006 respectively; 2 during the past 20 years (1986-2006), the size of fir forest (including primary fir forest and the mixed conifer forest) decreased by 14.6%(5 200 hm2), summer grazing lands and farmlands increased by 47.2%(4 200 hm2) and 14.3％(800 hm2) respectively; and 3, during the past 20 years, the number of firry forest patches increased by 68.4%, the mean size of firry forest patches decreased by 49.3%(from 15.1 to7.6 hm2), the largest patch index of firry forest decreased 54.9%; the patch richness had no change, but the Shannon's diversity index and the Shannon's evenness index increased by 2.7% respectively.

为了评估该物种的栖息地现状和变化情况，我们通过野外调查工作，应用GIS和RS技术，分别解译了1986年、1992年、1997年、2001年和2006年的Landsat TM/ETM+冬季卫星影像，并对解译结果进行了计算和分析，得到了以下西藏种群栖息地的主要结果：1）现有暗针叶林（包括原始针叶林和针阔混交林）面积是30 500 hm2，夏季牧场面积是13 100 hm2，农田面积是6 400 hm2；2）在过去20年间（1986-2006年），暗针叶林面积减少了14.6％（5 200 hm2），夏季牧场面积增加了47.2％（4 200 hm2），农田面积增加了14.3％（800 hm2）；3）在过去20年间，暗针叶林的斑块数量增加了68.4％，平均斑块面积下降了49.3％（从1986年的15.1 hm2下降到2006年的7.6 hm2），最大的斑块指数下降了54.9％；景观丰富度并没有变化，但Shannon多样性指数和Shannon均匀度指数分别增加了2.7％。

The results showed that at the anaerobic phase, the PHB concentration in the cell and orthophosphate concentration of the anaerobic effluent obviously increased, the poly-P concentration in the cell decreased, and the cucci and bacilli with a size of 1.0~1.5 μm were dominant and formed grapy cellular cluster. At the anoxic phase, the PHB concentration and orthophosphate concentration decreased significantly, the amount of poly-P increased, and the elliptical cucci of 0.5~1 μm and spheral bacilli of 1.0~1.5 μm were dominant. At the aerobic phase, the PHB and orthophosphate concentration almost reduced to zero, the poly-P increased significantly, cucci appeared single or in pair, and the contour of sphere was blur and almost disappeared.

试验结果表明，在厌氧阶段，微生物细胞内PHB的量大幅提高，上清液中磷酸盐的含量上升，聚磷酸盐含量明显下降，粒径为1～1.5 μm、呈球状和棒状的菌群构成的葡萄状细胞簇占居优势；在缺氧阶段，微生物细胞内PHB的量下降，上清液中磷酸盐含量下降，聚磷酸盐含量上升，粒径为0.5～1 μm的椭球菌与1.0～1.5 μm的球杆菌占优势；在好氧阶段，微生物细胞内PHB的量较低或接近零，上清液中磷酸盐的含量接近零，聚磷酸盐含量明显上升，此时粒径1.0～1.5 μm的球菌以单个或成对出现，球菌不再饱满，呈现接近消失的状态。
