针对下肢痉挛患者采用L3、L5及部分S1椎板开窗，通过电刺激测阈值法选择性切断部分L2、3、5，S1脊神经后根；5例合并上肢痉挛瘫患者半年后采用颈后C5~C7单开门法，选择性切断部分C5~C8脊神经后根。2例合并腰椎不稳定、椎管狭窄及腰椎间盘突出，则术中在行SPR的同时行椎管减压，突出椎间盘髓核摘除，并行经椎弓根内固定。
