因活动后心慌、气促10年，伴反复抽搐，伴短暂意识丧失11个月，复发1天入院。10年前出现体力活动后心慌、气促，在当地医院诊断为"冠心病"，治疗情况不详。2年前病情加重伴间断双下肢水肿、夜间阵发性呼吸困难，心电图、心脏彩超检查诊断为"冠心病、心脏扩大、心房颤抖，高血压病3级"，在外院给予降压、强心治疗后病情好转，长期予卡托普利25mg每日3次、肠溶阿司匹林75mg每日1次、硝酸异山梨酯10mg每日3次服用，病情稳定。

结论下肢深静脉血栓形成、手术、高纤维蛋白原、胆固醇、纤溶酶原、吸烟是肺栓塞的独立危险因素，肺栓塞发病与因素有关。

Results Pruritus was present in 93 (48.9%) patients. Pruritus was mild in 33.3% of them, moderate in 38.7% and severe in 28.0%. Pruritus preduminated on the back, the limbs, the chest and neck. 84 (90.3%) patients with pruritus had xerosis.
