MethodsWe chose 20 adult cadavers' lower limbs, dissected the MCNs, observed their original sites, shapes, courses and distribution, and measured the perpendicular distance from original sites of MCNs from tibial nerve, original sites of their branches to the tip of medial malleolus, and the external diameters of their main trunks and branches. ResultsThe frequency of the MCN was 95% in this array.

选择成人尸体标本20个下肢，解剖跟内侧神经，观察其发出部位、形态、走行与分布情况，分别测量并记录跟内侧神经自胫神经发出部位及其属支分支处到内踝尖平面的距离和跟内侧神经主干及其主要分支的外径。

Objective: To explore the effect of intramuscular injection of midazolam before intravertebral anesthesia on sedation luring operation and amnesia after operation. Methods: Selected 180 ASA cases at 1~2 stage with lower extremity surgery under combined spinal and epidural anaesthesia, and randomly divided them into midazolam group and phenobarbital sodium group. Gave patients in midazolam group intramuscular injection of midazolam at 0.1mg/kg 10 min earlier before operation, while gave patients in phenobarbital sodium group 0.1 g phenobarbital sodium 30 mm earlier.

目的：探讨椎管内麻醉前肌注咪唑安定对术中的镇静作用和对术后遗忘的影响：方法：选择ASA1~2级择期在腰硬联合阻滞下行下肢手术的患者180例，随机分为咪唑安定组和苯巴比妥钠组，咪唑安定组患者入室后（实施麻醉前10min）肌内注射咪唑安定0.1mg/kg，苯巴比妥钠组患者入室前30min肌内注射苯巴比妥钠0.1g。

Gave patients in midazolam group intramuscular injection of midazolam at 0.1 mg/kg 10 min earlier before operation, while gave patients in phenobarbital sodium group 0.1 g phenobarbital sodium 30 min earlier. With Ramsay sedation evaluation assessed mean arterial pressure and heart rate during anesthesia, before and after operation, respectively.

Results: Deep venous ascending phlebography of left limb showed the degree of stenosis of iliac vein, iliac vein compression syndrome can be divided into three types according to deep venous ascending phlebography of left limb, the mean stenotic rate of type Ⅰ was 74.25%, type Ⅱ was 55.47% and type Ⅲ was 38.64%.

结果：左下肢深静脉顺行造影表现可反映髂静脉狭窄程度，髂静脉压迫综合征可分为3型，Ⅰ型狭窄率约74.25%，Ⅱ型狭窄率约55.47%，Ⅲ型狭窄率约38.64%，各型之间狭窄程度有非常显著性差异(P.01)。
