所有患者术前均有不同程度的关节僵硬，髋关节各方向活动度总和为30～110 。4例患者下肢有2～6cm的短缩，平均3.8cm.2例患者窦道闭合后形成贴骨瘢痕。

Results The incision healing of the 80 cases reached I/A; CR showed good reduction of the fracture after operation; no bedsore and deep vein thrombosis occurred; no hip and knee anchylosis and no limb muscular atrophy were found; functional restoration advanced obviously.

结果 80例患者手术后切口Ⅰ/甲，CR片骨折对位对线好，无褥疮及下肢深静脉血栓形成，髋膝关节无僵直、肢体肌肉无萎缩，功能康复明显提前。

Methods combined treatment with psychology, surgery and traditional chinese medicine was applied to 80 senile patients with femoral fracture by earthquake.results the incision healing of the 80 cases reached i/a; cr showed good reduction of the fracture after operation; no bedsore and deep vein thrombosis occurred; no hip and knee anchylosis and no limb muscular atrophy were found; functional restoration advanced obviously.conclusions it is effective and necessary to provide combined treatment to senile patients with femoral fracture by earthquake.

对80例高龄股骨骨折患者采用心里、手术、中药、跨学科的康复综合治疗对治疗结果进行分析，总结经验。结果 80例患者手术后切口ⅰ/甲，cr片骨折对位对线好，无褥疮及下肢深静脉血栓形成，髋膝关节无僵硬、肢体肌肉无萎缩，功能康复明显提前。结论对地震伤高龄股骨骨折患者采取心里、手术、中药、跨学科的康复综合治疗是必须的，可行的。地震伤；高龄骨折；治疗

Frequent clinical symptoms and signs: back and flank pain（69.57%）,hydronephrosis（75.65%）,deficiency of renal function（52.17%）,dilatation of superior segment ureter（39.13%）,edema of lower extremities（25.22%）, hypertension（22.62%）,and oliguria or anuresis（20.87%）.

结果： (1)该病患者男∶女为1.8∶1，腰背部疼痛80例（69.57%），肾积水87例（75.65%），肾功能损害60例（52.17%），上段输尿管扩张49例（42.61%），下肢水肿29例（25.22%），高血压26例（22.61%），少尿、无尿24例（20.87%）。
