Purpose To research the diagnosis value of CT on the infracortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy.

目的 ：探讨CT在诊断皮层下动脉硬化性脑病中的作用。

Cases of Subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy were analysed by CT imaging and clinic.

笔者分析了120例老年人皮层下动脉硬化性脑病的CT所见及临床表现。

Objective:To make a summary on the manifestation and imaging diagnostic points on subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy.

目的 ：总结皮层下动脉硬化性脑病临床、影像学表现及诊断要点。

Epidermal cells near the wound dedifferentiate and proliferate forming blastema and/or migrate to the wound plane forming a pre-epidermis consisting of several layers of stem cells covering the wound plane, which then re-differentiates further forming fully developed epidermis. Cells in the parietal peritoneum are also induced by injury to dedifferentiate into stem cells which then proliferate and migrate along the parietal peritoneum to the wound place forming a pre-peritoneum which re-differentiates into fully developed parietal peritoneum.

伤口愈合包括伤口闭合、顶端表皮层及体腔上皮的新生：创伤后的前4 d，残腕顶端的肌肉组织向伤口处迁移并重排使伤口闭合；创伤附近的表皮层细胞发生脱分化并增殖后迁移到创伤面形成由数层干细胞组成的前表皮层，之后进一步分化形成表皮层；而体腔上皮细胞在创伤诱导下也脱分化并增殖，然后沿体腔上皮迁移到创伤处形成"前体腔上皮"，经再分化形成新的体腔上皮。

Methods : The neural retina was isolated from RPE by enzyme one containing 220u/ml hyaluronidase and 0.1% trypsin, later the RPE cells was isolated from the Bruch"s membrane by enzyme two containing 0.25% trypsin, then the resembled RPE cells was injected into the host"s subretinal space with a special equipment after producing an artificial bleb detachment of neural retina.

用酶Ⅰ(含220u/ml透明质酸酶和0.1％胰蛋白酶)分离视网膜神经上皮层与RPE之间的联系，再用酶Ⅱ(含0.25％胰蛋白酶)将RPE从玻璃膜上分离下来获取悬浮的RPE细胞，用特制的移植针头通过人为造成的局限性视网膜脱离区将其移植入受体视网膜下间隙。

Under certain conditions, the activation and migration of soil Cd were accelerated by the interaction of Pb and Cd and increased Cd uptake by wetland rice. The organic-bound Cd in rizhosphere decreased by 90%. These phenomena illustrates that the interaction is very important for the transformation of soil Cd fractions. Meanwhile, the interaction distinctly affected the composition of roots secretion and their coordination abilities with heavy metals, causing clear variation to Cd amount in root cortex and middle columniation.

在一定的实验条件下，Pb和Cd的交互作用促进了Cd的活化与迁移，增加了水稻地上部分对Cd的吸收，使根际土有机结合态Cd下降了90%左右，表明交互作用对Cd形态的转化是一个重要的控制因素；同时交互作用对根系分泌物的组成及其与重金属的配位能力有着明显的影响，使Pb、Cd在根系皮层和中柱中Cd的含量有明显变化。
