Meanwhile, whether hematocele and fluidify as well as binding to wound appeared under the skin graft were investigated.

结果发现新生猪经2小时缺氧缺血后，在脑组织出现类似新生儿HIE病理损害的同时，肾脏出现肿胀，包膜下出血，肾小管上皮细胞肿胀，管腔变窄，少数上皮细胞坏死脱落，肾小管基膜完整，血清尿素氮及肌酐明显升高（P＜0.025及P＜0.05），表明在HIE状态下新生猪已出现肾脏的病理及功能损害，但损害程度较轻，解除缺氧72小时后，上述损害基本恢复正常。

In rat small intestinal, the NKA-IR could first be found in the myenteric plexus of the duodenum, jejunum and ileum at 14th , 15th and 17th day before birth respectively. Then the NKA-IR occurred in the longitudinal muscle layer, circular muscle layer, intestinal villus, intestinal gland, muscularis mucosae, submucosa, submucosal plexes, mucosa plexus and deep muscular plexus.

结果 1、在食管，于胚胎21天的粘膜肌层和环肌层内观察到神经激肽A免疫阳性膨体纤维，出生后，随幼鼠的生长发育，相继在上皮，粘膜下层，纵肌层、肌间丛、粘膜下丛有NKA-IR表达，30天时已和成年鼠相似；2、在胃，首先于胚胎14天的肌间丛出现NKA-IR的表达，随发育相继在环肌、纵肌，粘膜下层、粘膜肌、固有膜及上皮内出现NKA-IR的表达，30天时具备成年鼠的分布特征；3、在小肠，分别于胚胎14、15、17天的十二指肠、空肠和回肠的肌间丛处出现NKA-IR的表达，随发育相继出现在纵肌、环肌、绒毛、小肠腺周、粘膜肌、粘膜下层、粘膜下丛、粘膜丛、深肌丛。

Abstract］ Objective To investigate the change of bronchial mucosa cilia epithelium structure on children with recurrent respiratory tract infection in acute stage and convalescence stage.Methods Choose 38 cases of patients with RRTI as study group,respiratory ciliated cells were collected by bronchial fiberscope in acute stage and convalescence stage respectively,observe the change of cilia structure by electron microscopy and compare the incidence of cilia cylindrical epithelium structure abnormality.

摘要］ 目的研究反复呼吸道感染患儿急性期与恢复期支气管黏膜纤毛上皮结构的特点与变化，临床治疗的有效性提供客观依据方法选择符合儿童RRTI诊断标准的患儿38例作为研究对象，分别于急性期及恢复期在纤维支气管镜下夹取支气管黏膜组织，电镜下观察纤毛上皮结构的特点并比较纤毛异常的发病率，探讨RRTI患儿治疗后纤毛的恢复情况。

Basing on the setup of animal model of root avulsion of the brachial plexus, we divided the experimental animal into four groups by the operative method: Group A: one end of the maternal nerve graft was connected with the upper trunk of the healthy side by end-to-side neurorrhaphy, and the other end was sutured to the distal stump of musculocutaneous nerve infraclevicularly by end-to-end neurorrhaphy. Goup B: on the healthy side, the operation was the same, the other end was sutured to the distal end of C〓 by end-to-end neurorrhaphy on the affected side. Group C: the maternal nerve graft bridged the phrenic nerve and infraclevicular musculocutaneous nerve of the affected side by end-to-end neurorrhaphy. Group D: the phrenic nerve was sutured to the distal end of C〓 supraclevicularly by end-to-end neurorrhaphy.
