Results AQP1 is expressed at the apical and basolateral membrane of the microvascular endothelium; AQP3 was detected at basal cells of both the bronchiole epithelium and submucosal gland acinus; AQP4 is present in the basolateral membrane of columnar cells in bronchiole; while AQP5 is expressed in the apical membrane of type Ⅰ pneumocytes, and also at the apical of columnar cells of superficial epithelium and submucosal gland acinar cells.

结果本研究发现AQPs基因在羊肺中的表达分布与人相似，AQP1在肺内的毛细血管内皮细胞表达；AQP3在小支气管黏膜上皮的基底细胞的基侧膜表达，AQP4存在于小支气管黏膜上皮的柱状纤毛细胞的基侧膜；AQP5存在于Ⅰ型肺泡上皮细胞的顶质膜，存在于小支气管黏膜上皮柱状纤毛细胞，以及在气道黏膜下腺的腺细胞的顶质膜表达。

The result showed NaOH was the reasonable agent for changing pH value of cornhusk hydrolysate, and cornhusk hydrolysate could be preserved in the below conditions: pH value is pH4.0 and the sugar concentration of corn hydrolysate was from 80g/L to 160 g/L, multicomponent hydrolysate could be deposited within 48 h at the room temperature (20℃) or the low temperature (4℃) and must be preserved within 48~120 hours at the low temperature (4℃) from harmful fermentation by microorganism.

通过温度、pH、梯度总糖浓度以及调pH试剂等因素对玉米皮水解糖液存放过程中总糖浓度变化趋势的影响进行深入研究，实验结果表明：选取NaOH作为调pH试剂比较经济，且选择在80~160g/L、pH4.0条件下存放可较好保存糖液品质，确定出在0~48h范围内可选择低温(4℃)至室温(20℃)条件下存放，而48~120h范围内只能选择低温存放(4℃)，室温条件下较长存放时间的糖液易被环境微生物发酵利用掉，为玉米皮水解糖液的短期存放提供一定的帮助。

In order to understand the ecological meaning of the microbiotic soil crust in agriculture and animal husbandry of the North interlocks and takes,this research took Yanchi of Ningxia as an example to carry on the survey of soil crust and vegetation,and go on the test of infiltration with crust and no curst.

为了解我国北方农牧交错带生物结皮的生态意义，本文以宁夏盐池为例，采用样线调查法进行结皮及植被调查，并在有结皮和无结皮覆盖两种情况下进行入渗试验。

The two components were measured by excitation-emission matrix fluospectroscopy both in simulated and real system. Results:The blood supply of medial arm cutaneous nerves origined from three cutaneous branch of intermuscular septa, which from superior ulnar collateral artery, brachial artery and inferior ulnar collateral artery.The mean diameters at the originated site were 1.0 mm, 0.6 mm and 0.7 mm.

Using the survey data of several indexes as well as field experimental data of soil hydrology of microbiotic crusts in artificial vegetation-fixed sand dunes in Shapotou area, the impacts of microbiotic crusts on soil hydrological processes which included the penetration, interception and evaporation processes of precipitation were examined, and their mechanisms were also studied. The security problem of vegetation-fixing system due to the changed soil water environment in fixed sand dune area was analyzed further.
