Based on all the researches available, this paper simulates a more general ARIMA(0,1,q) process and analyzes the influence of lag length selection criterions to the size and power of the ADF test with different data generating processes, ADF regressions, and sample sizes. Finally, it is proved that the Modified Information Criteria always shows a more proper size and the General to Special Criteria has more robust properties in ADF test.

本文在已有研究的基础上，模拟了更为般的ARIMA(0，1，q)过程，分析了在不同的数据生成过程、检验式以及样本容量下，各种滞后长度选择方法对ADF检验功效和实际检验水平的影响，最后以为修正的信息准则通常具有较合理的实际检验水平，而从般到特殊法具有更为稳健的ADF检验性质。

Methods The circulating testosterone level of BPH patients and rats was decreased by administration of medroxyprogesterone and stilbestrol as well as castration. Using RNA dot blot hybridization technic, we detected the Bcl-2mRNA expression in human BPH tissue and rat prostate under different level of androgen.

Results:Plaque index and probing depth in one year after rehabilitation were lower than those in base line. The proportion of spirochetes in subgingival plaque was low (0.21％～ 2.43％) and in the normal level.The mean bone loss was 0.29 mm.None of the implants showed suppuration or mobility.

结果：修复后1年时菌斑指数（plaque index，PLI、探诊深度(probing depth，PD)明显低于基线水平，龈下菌斑中螺旋体比例(propotion of spirochetes，S％)很小(0.21％～2.43％)，总体上处于健康水平，平均骨丧失0.29mm，所有种植体无松动、溢浓。

The above method can be used as a general method of determining molecular weight distribution of polymers.4.Solid-state ~1H wide-line NMR and ~(31)p magic angle spinningNMR were applied to a series of PEI/DNA complex samples with different PEI molecular weights and nitrogen/phosphatemolar ratios,in order to disclose the influence of various structural factors on the interactions and morphology.The results of ~1H NMR spectra showed that the linewidth of the PEI signal was greatly broadened with increasing the N/P ratio.Meanwhile,in the ~(31)p M_AS experiment,the signal was found to shift upfield with the increase of the N/P ratio.Both ~1H and ~(31)P NMR experiments demonstrated that the interaction between two constituents and subsequently the morphology of the complexes vary with the N/P ratio.

首次将固体核磁共振应用到聚合物/DNA复合物体系，观察复合物体系中不同N/P比对其相互作用和相结构的影响，研究表明N/P比的变化对聚乙烯亚胺/DNA基因递送体系分子水平上相互作用有着很大的影响；另外，还发现不同分子量的聚乙烯亚胺聚合物载体在N/P比为3的情况下对复合物中DNA的微观尺度没有明显影响；通过氢的自旋扩散实验，首次测得在PEI/DNA复合物体系中DNA相尺寸的大小，并发现在体系中N/P比达到3以上的复合物中DNA和PEI达到了分子水平上的相容。
