A method of topology optimization of grillage structure with stress constraints is presented and applied to analyze the reinforced beam of raft foundation.

对筏型基础的加强梁分布进行拓扑优化分析，提出一种应力约束下的格栅结构的拓扑优化方法。

The main content consists of three parts:(1) analyzing the structural dynamic changing rule considering SSI effect;(2) analyzing the earthquake response of traditional non-shake -isolate frameworks before or after considering SSI effect, and then summarizing the rules that how factors such as base-soil elastic modulus and damping ratio effect structural horizontal deflection, displacement between floors and girder-end moment;(3) analyzing the earthquake response of shake-isolate frameworks considering SSI effect or not, indicating the changes after considering SSI effect and the performance of rubber shake-isolate pad.

本文采用通用有限元程序ANSYS，对在7度多遇地震时El Centro波作用下框架的地震响应进行了分析，主要内容分为三部分：（1）分析了考虑SSI效应后结构的动力特性变化规律；（2）对传统非隔震框架结构考虑SSI效应前后的地震响应进行了分析，总结出地基土弹性模量、体系阻尼比等因素对结构各层水平位移、层间位移以及梁端弯矩的影响规律；（3）对考虑与不考虑SSI效应的基础隔震结构的地震响应进行了分析，指出了考虑SSI效应后基础隔震结构地震响应的变化规律和隔震效果。

Results: MR examination of bone contusion were mostly less than two weeks, but a few patients were longer than one year: STIR, TIWI were more sensitive lesion detection series in hone contusion (100% and 95.7%). Bone contusion mostly occur at knee, and lesions mainly distributed in the margin area of articular (69.8%), in superior portion of vertebral body(74.l%). Bone contusion following-up showed a line-like hyperostosis and osteosclerosis in contusion area. Histological manifestations of bone contusion were local trabecular micro fractures, edema, hemorrhage and injury of fat tissue.

结果：1多数骨挫伤MRI检查在两周内完成，少数病人时间超过1年；2检出骨挫伤敏感的MRI序列为STIR及T1W/I（100%及95.7%）；3膝关节是骨挫伤的好发部位，病灶主要分布于骨边缘区(69.8%)，在脊柱主要分布于椎体上缘终板下(74.1%)；4骨挫伤影像随访提小病变区出现线状骨质修复，骨髓水肿吸收；5骨挫伤病理为骨小梁显微骨折，骨髓水肿、出血和脂肪损伤。

By fitting of experimental data of concrete beams with 2-D composite cracks based on the fictitious crack model, mathematical expressions for parameters α and β in the 2-D composite inteneration equations for Ⅰ-Ⅱ,Ⅰ-Ⅲ, and Ⅱ-Ⅲ composite cracks are obtained, and based on the expressions, 2-D composite inteneration curves under different proportions of two stress intensity factors, that is under different weights, at the ends of 2-D composite cracks can be directly derived.

Through the experimental study of steel bar passed through joint of gangue concrete filled steel tube, the deforming process and the failure patterns were analyzed. Based on the experimental results, the hysteretic curves, rebar and steel tube have been depicted.
