The paper carries out mechanical analysis of the weight distributing of goods in loading container based on analysis of packing and tansporting environment, and draws the formula of the ratio of the weight of loading goods and the maximum loading weight W/W0, and the length distributing ratio of loading goods α=l/L under the condition that the bending quadrature produced by part load is within the range of the maximum bending quadrature. It also gives the graph that the sum deflection of mudsill and underside girder can reach high-point value with the length of bottom distributing varying, when the loading amounts of container of 20ft and 40ft are given. Furthermore, it provides the relation graph of an eccentric rate of loading goods and the allowed loading amount. For on-site safety loading work, it has certain guidance and reference value.

Base on the problem of large quantity fatigue loads on corroded R.C. structure and small quantity study of its mechanical property, bending resistance fatigue test of corroded R.C. beams is discussed in this paper. The influence of stress ratio and re-bar weight loss ratio on bending resistance fatigue performance of corroded R.C. beams are researched, and the relation between strains of corroded re-bars and fatigue life of beams are obtained. The main research contents and conclusions are as following: 1. Under the fatigue loads, the overstrain of concrete approximately coincidences three stages strain development and accumulation rule, and the mechanical property of concrete is deteriorated. The fatigue damage of concrete is accumulated. The overstrain of re-bars increases and the increase rate decreases.

鉴于实际工程中大量存在腐蚀钢筋混凝土结构承受反复荷载作用，但其力学性能研究不多的问题，本论文进行了锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁抗弯疲劳试验，研究了应力比和钢筋锈蚀率对锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁抗弯疲劳性能的影响，得出了锈蚀钢筋的应变与构件疲劳寿命之间的关系曲线，主要研究内容及结论如下：(1)在循环荷载下，混凝土残余变形基本符合三阶段变形规律，力学性能劣化，疲劳损伤积累。

You can find out it is the major temporary work, such as formwork, rebar jig, equipment etc. during the FPLM construction, in which the cost of the inner mould and outer form of box girder, the steel form of pier and pierhead of substructure, the rebar jig as well as the launching equipments are quite high. METHODS: The rib trabeculae were resected and broken, trypsinizated and washed completely by PBS. Bone surface and non-adhesive floating cells in cleaning fluid were observed with inverted microscope. Rib trabeculae was washed by DMEM culture medium once, and cultured in culture bottle. The culture liquid was replaced by new one once a week. The osteoblast was moved from the sclerite a week later. The cells were fused monolayer and could be subcultured 4 to 6 weeks later.
