Based on finite element analysis software ANSYS,and according to the forms and characteristics of load on steel structure of tripper of stacker/reclaimer,topological optimization is made to the simplified steel structure of tripper,and optimum layout of auxiliary inclined arm is obtained,with the main body frame of steel structure of tripper determined.

基于有限元分析软件ANSYS，根据堆取料机尾车钢结构承载的形式与特点，对简化的尾车钢结构进行拓朴优化，得到了尾车钢结构在主体框架确定情况下辅助斜梁的最佳布置形式。

On the basis of the previous results and according to the central composite experimental design principles,the method of response surface method with 3 factors and 3 levels was adopted.then the factors influencing the technological parameters were determined by means of regression analysis.response surface and contour were finally graphed with the extraction rate as the response value.resultsthe optimum conditions of lycium barbarum polysaccharides extraction were as follows:the ratio of material to solvent of 1∶32,extraction temperature of 84℃ and extraction time of 2.3 h,one time extraction.conclusionthe yield of lycium barbarum polysaccharides is 11.10% under the optimum conditions.

方法在单因素实验基础上选取实验因素与水平，根据中心组合（box-benhnken）实验设计原理采用3因素水平的响应面分析法，依据回归分析确定各工艺条件的影响因子，以多糖提取率为响应值作响应面和等高线。结果在分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用后，得出枸杞多糖水浸提的最佳工艺条件为：料液比1∶32；浸提温度84℃；浸提时间2.3h；浸提1次。结论在最佳工艺条件下，枸杞多糖的实际提取率可达11.10%。

The approach of this paper is suitable for carrying out prediction of cutting forces for flank milling ruled surface under reserving uniform material to cut by using five-axis machine. And it can effectively provide the suggestions of process planning for five-axis flank milling operation.

It provided the reference to improve the anti-cracking capability of high strength and high performance concrete from the point of view of constructional technology and curing requirement.The result shows that the more the binder material or sand rate, the more serious the shrinkage cracking. In the concrete with a low water-to-binder ratio, a bit of difference in the dosage of water will result in big difference on the strength and the anti-cracking capability. The occurrence of cracking is mainly at early age (before 1 day). If the surface is plastered again after 2 hours of casting, the anti-cracking capability will nicely improved.
