The main work and the originality points of this dissertation could be concluded as the following parts:(1) To analyze systematically the mathematical model of LES of air flow in great space, under the case of isothermal and non-isothermal, as well as the combined action of buoyancy and strain. Some basic problems are studied about the LES application into airflow simulation of great space, such as boundary conditions, spatial difference scheme and time advancing scheme, time step etc., which creates the basis for the LES application to indoor airflow simulation.(2) Both the instantaneous and time averaged flow field of great space with multiple jets under isothermal and non-isothermal cases are explored with large eddy simulation method, and also discussed the dynamic characteristics and the law of fluidflow in the great space.(3) Based on the results of LES of the great space and the Fanger thermal comfort indexes, it is brought forward the concept of the series of dynamic thermal comfort evaluating indexes, which could be divided into thermal comfort index with time averaged properties PD, PPD, PMV, thermal comfort index with instantaneous properties IPD, IPPD, IPMV, and time averaged thermal comfort indexes TAPD, TAPPD, TAPMV, and transient situations time averaged thermal comfort indexes TTAPD, TTAPPD, TTAPMV. The differences among them and the calculation methods are discussed, and the four kinds of indexes are calculated with the thermal comfort index PD as an example.(4) Based on the LES results it is discussed the hot air stratification phenomena in air-conditioned buildings in the case with air supply and return registers on the ceiling and the case on the sidewall. The fundamentals of the hot air stratification are studied and the relations of estimating hot air stratification are brought forward.(5) With the advanced apparatus such as hot wire film anemometer IFA300 and laser particle field anemoscope, corresponding model test and site measurements have been done, which are compared with the simulation results and LES is proved a very promising method in air flow simulation indoor.

本文主要工作既创新点体现在以下几个方面：(1)系统分析了等温、非等温和考虑剪切力与浮升力综合作用的高大空间大涡模拟数学模型，并研究了高大空间大涡模拟在室内气流仿真应用中的一些基本问题，如边界条件、空间离散格式和时间推进格式、时间步长选择等问题，为大涡模拟在室内气流计算中的广泛应用打下了基础；(2)首次用大涡模拟方法研究了高雷诺数下高大空间多射流在等温、非等温情况下的瞬时流场和时均流场分布，并探讨了多射流流场的动态特性和流动规律；(3)基于大涡模拟的动态仿真结果和Fanger的热舒适指标，首次系统地提出了动态热舒适评价指标体系的概念：即基于时间平均参数的热舒适指标PD、PPD、PMV；基于瞬时参数的瞬时热指标IPD、IPPD、IPMV；基于时间平均热舒适指标TAPD、TAPPD、TAPMV；以及沿行动迹线的时间平均热舒适指标TTAPD、TTAPPD、TTAPMV，并分析了四类热舒适指标的差异性和计算方法，还以PD值为例对四类指标分别进行了计算；(4)基于数十种工况下空调房间大涡模拟的结果，研究了空调建筑上送上回和侧送侧回两种情况下热分层现象，并探讨了热分层的基本规律，首次提出了避免热分层现象的判断公式；(5)在暖通空调领域，首次使用IFA300热线风速仪、激光粒子速度场仪等先进设备，完成了与大涡模拟相对应的模型试验，并把实测结果与仿真结果进行了对比，说明LES在室内气流仿真方面是一种很有前景的方法。

将HRP注入迷走神经背核的尾侧段后，主要见于同侧网状结构的内侧区和中缝核群：脑桥嘴、尾侧网状核、巨细胞网状核、中缝大核、中缝苍白核，中缝背核，蓝斑、蓝斑下核。另外，对下丘脑和中脑旁中央区、中缝大核、巨细胞网状核以及蓝斑复合体传出纤维进行了讨论。

While the experimental side force distribution over a slender body with a blunt ogive nose is basically consistent with the curve of the analogy predicted, and the characteristic points and half cycle of the experimental curve are basically constant with the roll angle changing 360°. But the local maximums in the curve are not the results as the analogy predicted, which is an important flow feature of 3-D slender body than that of 2-D cylinder.

而钝头拱形细长体在大迎角下的截面侧向力分布与脉冲起动横流比拟方法预测的侧向力曲线的形状是基本相同的，而且随着滚转角旋转360°，截面侧向力分布曲线的特征点和半周期基本保持不变，即它们都基本上不受滚转角变化的影响；但是截面侧向力分布曲线极值点形成的原因却是不同的，这是细长体绕流区别于二维圆柱绕流的一个重要特性。

Gabby cemented carbide is optimized as milling cone window sidetracking in 154mm XZ series of main cutting edge, which brings one-time success.

选择在清白口系的长龙山组致密地层(2617m)下入斜向器，使用铣锥开窗侧钻、侧钻降斜、稳斜、增料进入潜山地层，在施工中合理选用152mm斜向器，配合使用无线随钻测斜仪一次坐封成功，优选碎硬质合金作为主切削刃的154mmXZ系列铣锥开窗侧钻一次成功。

RESULTS :① The left anterior descending branchwas most likely to be damaged;②The specificity between the wall-motion abnormality in A,AS,Apex an d single LAD disease was great (P.05);LAD and left circumflex artery infarcts could lead to AL and I regional wall-motion abnormalities respective l y;contractile function hypokinetic of the single I segment was mostly connected with LCX and right coronary artery injuries;patients with whole left ventricul ar contraction function hypokinetic always suffered from the three-vessel disea se .

结果：①冠状动脉梗塞后左前降支受累最为多见(45%)；②LAD单支病变与前壁、前间隔及心尖部室壁运动异常有关(P.05)。LAD与左回旋支病变，主要为前间隔和下壁运动异常；而单纯的下壁室壁运动异常多为左旋支与右冠状动脉病变引起。3支病变造成心肌运动普遍减低，且以侧壁及前侧壁的室壁运动异常则更为显著(P.05)。

To explore the microdissection of the cerebellopontine angle as well as to study the advantage and disadvantage of the retrosigmoid approach and the retrosigmoid suprameatal approach, the relationship among the facial nerves, inter-medium nerves, anterior inferior cerebellar artery and petrosal vein were studied, and two approaches particularly also were explored from fifteen dry skulls and ten wet skulls, along the approach of RSA and RSSMA.

本研究旨在了解桥小脑角的显微解剖；探讨枕下乙状窦后入路及乙状窦后-内耳道上入路的优缺点。本实验采用15例(30侧)干标本和10例(20侧)湿标本，按照枕下乙状窦后入路和乙状窦后-内耳道上入路的所涉及的解剖区域，解剖观测面神经、中间神经、小脑前下动脉及岩静脉等诸多结构，并对神经外科手术乙状窦后入路及乙状窦后。

In ovariectomy group, ovaries on both sides were extirpated at sterile. In implantation group, the APA-microencapsulated ovarian cells were implanted into abdomen of the ovariectomized rats. In estrogen replacement therapy group, diethylstilbestrol was injected into abdomen of ovariectomized rats (0.2 mg/kg/3 d).

将40只雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为4组：去势组于无菌条件下切除双侧卵巢；微囊移植组手术摘除双侧卵巢后腹腔移植包裹卵巢细胞的海藻酸钠-多聚赖氨酸-海藻酸钠微囊；雌激素替代治疗组手术摘除双侧卵巢后腹腔注射乙烯雌酚 0.2 mg/kg，每3 d注射1次。

The crushed rock in the side abutment weakens the side restriction while the side wall and the apron strengthen the side restriction. The analysis showed a new stress distribution with automatic modification and less stress concentration when the side restriction is weakened by using crushed rock in the abutment.
