Melatonin is a hormone produced by pineal gland. As a synchronizer of endocrine system bioclock in vertebrate, melatonin possesses many physiological activities,e.g. regulating the biologic rhythm according to photoperiod, by its receptors widely distributed in pituitary gland, hypothalamus, optomeninx, kidneys, skin and its appendages, etc.

褪黑素主要是由松果体合成的一种激素，作为脊椎动物内分泌系统生物钟的同步器，其受体广泛分布于垂体、下丘脑、视网膜、肾脏和皮肤及其附属器，有着多种生理活性，按光周期信号调节生物体昼夜节律和季节节律。

METHODS: the supernatants of cultured spleen's lymphocytes induced by ConA were injected into mice peritoneally,kinetics of plasma corticotropin releasing hormone,adrenocorticotropic hormone and corticosterone in mice were tested at different time (0.5,1,2,4,6 h),or tissue of hypothalamus pituitarium or adrenal was stimulated with supernatants induced by ConA,and the secretion of CRH, ACTH and CORT were observed.

采用ConA诱导淋巴细胞培养上清液给小鼠腹腔注射，测定不同时间(0.5，1，2，4，6 h)的小鼠血浆中CRH，ACTH，皮质酮产生的动力学，同时在体外用ConA诱导上清液分别与下丘脑，垂体，肾上腺组织共同培养后观察CRH，ACTH，CORT分泌情况。

RESULTS:(1)Electrical stimulation of ventral septal area caused a significant increase in firing rate of warm-sensitive neurons in the preoptic area of the anterior hypothalamus.

目的和方法：采用玻璃微电极细胞外引导单位神经元放电的方法，观察电刺激兔腹中隔区时，视前区-下丘脑前部温度敏感神经元放电频率的变化。

The colon temperatures were measured by a thermistor and the cytosolic free calcium concentration ([Ca2+]i) in dissociated brain cells was measured by Fura 2-AM. The results demonstrated that the pyretic action of egtazic acid (0.6 μmol, icv) was markedly inhibited by DEX (5 mg/kg,iv), but DEX (60-120 μmol/L) did′t affect [Ca2+]i in dissociated hypothalamus cells. Actinomycin D, which interferes with gene transcription (3 nmol, icv), completely abolished the antipyretic action of DEX on egtazic acid-induced fever.

结果发现：脑室灌注乙二醇双(2-氨基乙醚)四乙酸(0.6 nmol)引起家兔结肠温度明显升高，静脉注射地塞米松(5 mg/kg)显著抑制家兔乙二醇双(2-氨基乙醚)四乙酸性发热，地塞米松(60-120 μmol/L)并不影响下丘脑细胞内[Ca2+]i，而事先脑室灌注抑制基因转录的放线菌素D(3 nmol)则完全取消了地塞米松对乙二醇双(2-氨基乙醚)四乙酸性发热的解热作用。

The volume of stimulant amino acid in the hypothalamic tuberal part of rat is dcreased,the volume of rejective amimo acid increased,the volume of Catecholamines drceased,the volume of the stimulant amino acid in spinal cord intermediolateralis,the rate of stimulant amino acid and rejective amimo acid,and the volume of Catechomamones dcreased,the volume of NE in spleen tissue dcreased,all of which means the irritability of sympathetic nervous circulus in spleen is restrained.

运动组大鼠下丘脑结节部兴奋性氨基酸含量下降，抑制性氨基酸含量上升，儿茶酚胺含量下降，脊髓中间外侧柱兴奋性氨基酸含量下降、兴奋性氨基酸/抑制性氨基酸下降、儿茶酚胺含量降低，脾组织内NE含量降低，提示有氧运动组大鼠的脾脏交感神经调节通路的兴奋性受到抑制。

Results:① Neuroglobin-immunocreactive positive cells were detected in cortex, thalamencephalon, hippocampus, hypothalamus, cerebellum, brain stem and spinal cord;② Ngb-IR positive nerve cells were also detected in peripheral nervous system such as intramural ganglia, myelinated nerve fiber and retina;?Substantial Ngb protein expression was also found in metabolically active endocrine tissues such as the pituitary gland , adrenal gland and testis.?

结果：(1)在所观察的大脑皮质、海马、丘脑、下丘脑、脑干、小脑和脊髓神经细胞都出现Ngb蛋白免疫阳性反应，不同区域表达强度不同：(2)在外周神经系统的神经节、有髓神经纤维和视网膜也观察到Ngb免疫阳性反应；(3)垂体、肾上腺、睾丸也可见到Ngb-IR阳性细胞。
