Methods: The data of 8 patients, who had relapsing maxillary diseases 2 to 4 times after maxillary sinus or ethmoid sinus surgery, were retrospectively analyzed.

回顾分析8例上颌窦筛窦手术后复发病例，其中男性6例，女性2例，年龄41~69岁，平均(55±14)岁，先前均有2~4次手术史。

Result :①After 6 months, the form of middle turbinate returned to normal in 24 cases (75%), adhesions occurred in 8 cases (25%),including the closure of ethmoid sinus cavity in 2 cases.

结果：术后6个月中鼻甲形态恢复正常24例（75％），发生粘连8例（25％），其中术腔闭塞2例（6.35%）；上颌窦窦口开放良好25例（78.1%），狭窄6例（18.8%），闭锁1例（3.1%）。
