Successful separation of Cd-pheophytin a, Cd-pheophytin b, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, pheophytin a and pheophytin b in 14min was firstly accomplished by reversed-phase HPLC at a flow rate of 0.8ml/min, with the mobile phase of methanol: acetone (80: 20, v/v).

首次以甲醇：丙酮＝80：20为流动相，流速为0.8ml/min，在C〓柱（5μm，4.0×250mm）上，14min内成功实现了镉叶绿素a和镉叶绿素b配合物与叶绿素a，b和脱镁叶绿素a，b的高效液相色谱分离。

In bioconv ertion experiment for spiramycin of No.5 transformant, the bioconversion product was analysed with TLC, bioautography, HPLC and mass spectrum.Results showed that the bioconvert product is propionyspiramycin.
