Results: SC in Nei Zhang Wan groups and Vitamin E group advanced slower tban that in control group. The structures of epithelial cells and fibrocytes of lens in the Nei Zhang Wn groups were in good shape under transmission electron microscopy.

Results:CKH,CK8 and CK19 were positive in spindle-shaped and polygonal epithlium tumor cells.Vimentin was positive in mesenchymal fibrocytes and smooth muscle actin in some mesenchymal cells.
