Results: The numbers of Bombesin positive pulmonary cells, the lamina propria S-l00 protein, neuron-specific enolase positive nerve fibers, IgE positive cells, mast cells and IgE positive mast cells significantly increased in bronchiectasis. The changes of pulmonary endocrine cells, nerve fibers and IgE positive cells were more significantly in hyperplastic BALT areas. The S-100 and NSE were found in lymphoid tissue and BALT. A close contact was found between mast cells and the S-100 positive nerve fibers. An IgE positive outer zone was found on MC surface. Mast cells and IgE positive cells were seen in the bronchial epithelium and alveolar septa.

结果：支气管扩张症中，支气管上皮蛙皮素阳性细胞、固有膜S-100蛋白和神经特异性烯醇化酶阳性神经纤维、IgE阳性细胞、MC和IgE阳性MC均显著增多，且在支气管相关淋巴组织增生的区域上述肺内分泌细胞、神经纤维和IgE阳性细胞增多尤为显著，S-100蛋白和NSE阳性神经纤维分布於弥散淋巴组织和BALT中，MC与S-100蛋白阳性神经纤维紧密接触，MC表面有IgE阳性环状带，MC和IgE阳性细胞出现在支气管上皮间和肺泡壁。

The distribution of ABH substances in humantissue cells of nonsecretors differs from those insecretors.the contents of ABH in cells of nonsecretorswere much less than those of secretors.ABH substanceswere demonstred in cells of deep part of gastric gland,Brunner gland of duodenum,acini and duct of pancreas,acini and duct of sweat gland and in endothelial cells ofblood vessels and heart.

在国内外首次用免疫透射电镜对正常人体的胃、十二指肠、横结肠的粘膜上皮和腺上皮的ABH物质进行亚细胞定位研究后发现，ABH物质分布于粘膜上皮及粘液性细胞的Golgi器、粘原颗粒和胃腺主细胞的酶原颗粒中，证实人体组织细胞的ABH物质由自身产生，而不是从血液吸附。

Under light microscope, on H-E stain section, four types cells can be distinguish: cells with weak basophilic fibrillar elements; cells with acidophilic granular substance; cells with strong basophilic fibrillar elements and ciliated cells. In the basal lamina region under gland epithelium, there are a few connective tissue; Surface view of the hypobranchial gland could be see by scanning electron microscope, there are cilia and different kinds of secretions distributed. Ultrastructure of the hypobranchial gland could be understand by transmission electron microscope, supporting cells, sensory cells and seven types gland cell were observed to form the glandular epithelium; cells with much rough endoplasmic reticulum,smooth muscle fiber and nerve endings were found beneath glandular epithelium, among basal lamina region.

光镜下H-E染色切片中腺上皮区仅可以区分出四种类型的细胞：弱嗜碱性纤维样细胞、强嗜碱性纤维样细胞、嗜酸性颗粒分泌细胞和纤毛细胞等；腺上皮下的基底膜区有少量结缔组织存在；扫描电镜下可以观察到鳃下腺表面的纤毛及腺细胞的分泌物等情况；透射电镜下观察到腺上皮中有支持细胞、感觉细胞和7种类型的腺细胞；近基底膜区观察到富含粗面内质网的细胞；基底膜间为薄层疏松结缔组织，内含肌细胞及神经末梢等结构。

The ovary wall is composed of tunica adventitia and germinal epithelium which will produce oogonia and follicle cells. The follicle is the structure unit of ovary.

根据卵细胞的大小、形状，核仁的形态，卵黄颗粒的积累情况，滤泡的结构等，将九孔鲍卵子的发生分为卵原细胞、卵黄发生前的卵母细胞和卵黄发生期的卵母细胞3个时期；卵巢壁由外膜及内生殖上皮构成，生殖上皮分化产生卵原细胞和滤泡细胞；卵巢的结构单位是滤泡。

The expressions of E-cadherin and α-catenin in specimens of 54 breast carcinomas and 21 normal breast tissues around tumor were measured by immunohistochemical method. Results In normal breast tissues, E-cadherin and α-catenin were expressed on cell membrance of ductal and acinic cells. No abnormal expressions were found in normal breast tissues. The abnormal expression rates of E-cadherin and α-catenin in breast cancer were 51.9% and 63.0% respectively.

结果 21例癌旁正常组织中，上皮钙黏蛋白和α-连接素均主要定位于腺泡或导管上皮细胞膜上，显示了细胞－细胞间交界和细胞轮廓，二者均表达正常；54例乳腺癌组织中上皮钙黏蛋白和α-连接素的异常表达率分别为51.9%和63.0%。

At 24 hours after the removal of 5-FU, most of the epithelial cells were increased in number, showing cuboidal and merged into pieces. At 48 hours, only few positive cells could be seen with some of the pseudostratified mucociliary epithelium, with ciliated cells.

Results: CK18 was not detected in normal and abnormal oral tissue sections. But in normal nonkeratinized mucosa, CK19 was detected in the basal cell layer dispersively. In epithelial dysplasia, CK19 was detected in the suprabasal cell layer and the number of CK19-positive cell layers was correlated with the dysplasia degree of epithelia. Furthermore, CK19 was detected in oral squamous cell carcinoma, especially in the poor-differentiated cancer cells.

结果：正常和异常的口腔粘膜均未检测到CK18；CK19可表达于正常非角化上皮的基底层细胞、异常增生上皮的基底上层细胞及口腔鳞状细胞癌中，阳性细胞数与上皮的异常增生程度及鳞癌的分化程度相关。

We evaluated 350 tumors: 136 ES, including 64 conventional ES, 64 proximal-type ES, and 8 with hybrid features of conventional and proximal-type ES; 54 metastatic carcinomas (22 from lung, 6 breast, 6 stomach, 5 colorectum, 5 kidney, 5 prostate, 5 pancreas); 12 metastatic testicular embryonal carcinomas; 20 metastatic melanomas; 20 epithelioid mesotheliomas; 20 epithelioid angiosarcomas; 10 epithelioid hemangioendotheliomas; 24 epithelioid malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors; 22 myoepithelial carcinomas of soft tissue; 7 anaplastic large cell lymphomas; 5 histiocytic sarcomas; and 10 control MRT of infancy (4 brain, 3 liver, 2 soft tissue, 1 kidney).

我们总共研究了350例肿瘤：136例ES，其中包括64例寻常型ES、64例近端型ES和8例混有前两型特征的混合型ES；54例转移癌（22例来自肺、6例来自乳腺、6例来自胃、5例来自结直肠、5例来着肾、5例来着前列腺、5例来着胰腺）；12例转移性睾丸胚胎性癌；20例转移性黑色素瘤；20例上皮样间皮瘤；20例上皮样血管肉瘤；10例上皮样血管内皮瘤；24例上皮样恶性外周神经鞘膜瘤；22例软组织的肌上皮癌；7例间变性大细胞淋巴瘤；5例组织细胞肉瘤；10例作为对照的婴幼儿MRT（4例位于脑、3例位于肝、2例位于软组织、1例位于肾）。

Results: the findings on ct and mri were as follows: 57 cases of oligodendroglioma, 15 cases of ganglioglioma , 5 cases of dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumor , 3 cases of pleomorphic xanthoastrocytoma .conclusion:the images on ct and mri of cerebra peripheral tumor occur some characters , so ct and mri were certain worth on the diagnose and differentiate diagnose of cerebra peripheral tumor.

结果：少枝胶质瘤47例，间变性少枝胶质瘤10例，节细胞胶质瘤15例，胚胎发育不良性神经上皮瘤5例，多形黄色细胞瘤3例。结论：脑浅表肿瘤存在影像特征，ct及mri对其诊断有一定的价值。少枝胶质细胞瘤；节细胞肿瘤；胚胎发育不良性神经上皮瘤；多形性黄色星形细胞瘤；ct；mri

The results are unsure for experimental use;The rabbit's corneas that were removed with upper-half of corneal limbal epithelium lamella and erased the center corneal epitheliums were transparent with intact corneal epithelium;In the approach,the corneal and limbal epitheliums were burned with a cotton swab socked in 1 mol/L NaOH,there were 4 rabbits' corneal stroma happened perforation or ulcer and symblepharon,and the other one presented corneal epithelium phenotype.This is an applicable method to create the pathological model of corneal limbal stem cell total deficiency.

结果表明，处理后4周，全周角膜缘上皮板层手术切除，中央角膜上皮层用1 mol/L NaOH擦除的5只试验家兔角膜表面全部血管化、结膜化，未发生睑球粘连，角膜基质胶原纤维完整未见溃疡、穿孔等病变，细胞印迹学检查为结膜表型，可作为实验性角膜缘干细胞移植的病理模型；全周角膜缘上皮板层手术切除，中央角膜上皮用生理盐水擦除的5只试验家兔，有2只为结膜表型，另3只为角膜表型，观察期内结果不稳定；半周角膜缘上皮板层手术切除，中央角膜上皮层用生理盐水擦除的5只试验家兔，角膜表面透明，全部为角膜表型；直接用1 mol/L NaOH擦除角膜缘和中央角膜上皮的试验家兔，有4只角膜基质胶原纤维断裂、溶解，并伴有严重的溃疡、穿孔、睑球粘连等病变，不能用于移植试验，另1只角膜表面透明，未见结膜和新生血管长入，细胞印迹学检查为角膜表型。
