Microspectrophotometer was used to measure the DNA content of 3 mucosa specimens of normal blad- der, 5 papillomas and 15 bladder transitional cell carcinomas. The transitional cell carcinoma was divided into 3 gradesand each grade group comprised 5 cases.

应用显微分光光度计检测膀耽正常粘膜、膀胱乳头状瘤及膀胱移行细胞癌共23倒(正常粘膜3例、乳头状瘤5例及移行细胞癌15例，移行细胞癌分三级，Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ各5例)，其结果显示，正常粘膜上皮细胞和乳头状瘤细胞核及移行细胞癌细胞核Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ各组之间胞核DNA含量均值有显著的差别(P.05～0.01)。

Results:Verrucous carcinoma was classified into three groups for clinical characteristics, ectogenesis group,kystis group and infiltrating group. The carcinoma epithelium cell grew exsertum like dilatate nail. Nest of squamous cell carcinoma could be found at the former of the cancer infiltration.

结果：口腔疣状癌按临床特征可分为外生型、囊肿型、浸润型，组织学上有膨大的上皮钉突呈"推进式"生长，部分病例浸润前缘有小团鳞状细胞癌灶。

Clinical manifestations are soreness on epigastric region, decreased appetite, distention after meal and eructation. It belongs to "epigastric pain" and "Stomach Pi syndrome" in TCM with characteristics of repetition and pertinacity. In 1978, WHO listed chronic atrophic gastritis as precancerous lesions of gastric cancer because its complications of intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia are closely related to gastric cancer. This has been a research focus in clinical practice and pathology for years.

It was the first time that using 〓 cell line and normal immunity inbreed line BalB/c mice as objects to construct the subcutaneous transplanting ovarian cancer model. Histopathological experiment proved that the transplanting tumor was undifferentiated cancer. The ovarian tumor marker 〓 and the epithelial tumor marker 〓 were positive in the transplanting tumors. According to these proofs we thought we had already succeeded in constructing animal tumor model.
