应用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表及社会支持定量表对60例外阴上皮内非瘤样病变患者进行评定，SAS、SDS结果与国内常模对比，SSRS结果与正常对照组比较，并应用SPSS 11.5软件进行相关分析。

Results Among16826 subject cases,1 case of squamous cell caroinoma has been found,2cases of CIN-3,12cases of CIN-2,and391 cases of CIN-1 have been found And among the found cases,there are263 caese of CIN-1 case of HPV infection;197cases of trichomonal infection;388cases of candidal infection,156 cases of bacterial infection .14410cases of inflammatory cell changing;2001 cases of ceriical intraepithelial neoplasia,8cases of ASC-US and1 case of AGUS.

结果 16826例标本中，发现1例鳞状细胞癌；2例CIN-3；12例CIN-2；391例CIN-1，其中263例 CIN-1HPV感染；滴虫感染197例；霉菌感染388例；细菌感染156例；有炎性反应性细胞改变的14410例；无上皮内病变或恶性瘤变的2001例；8例ASC-US；1例AGUS。

结果：10 a间我院胃镜活检中胃黄色瘤的检出率为0.59%。312例患者中，病变位于胃窦部229例(73.4%)；伴发浅表性胃炎192例(61.5%)，萎缩性胃炎者93例(29.8%)，肠上皮化生者106例(34.0%)，幽门螺杆菌阳性者108例(34.6%)。
