Microspectrophotometer was used to measure the DNA content of 3 mucosa specimens of normal blad- der, 5 papillomas and 15 bladder transitional cell carcinomas. The transitional cell carcinoma was divided into 3 gradesand each grade group comprised 5 cases.

应用显微分光光度计检测膀耽正常粘膜、膀胱乳头状瘤及膀胱移行细胞癌共23倒(正常粘膜3例、乳头状瘤5例及移行细胞癌15例，移行细胞癌分三级，Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ各5例)，其结果显示，正常粘膜上皮细胞和乳头状瘤细胞核及移行细胞癌细胞核Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ各组之间胞核DNA含量均值有显著的差别(P.05～0.01)。

Methods The Fas, FasL and DR4, DR5, TRAIL were assessed in 45 normal cervices, 52 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia gradeⅢ and 51 cervical cancers by immunohistochemical method.
