ResultsIn group C and D hyperplasia of epithelium cell and infiltrations of inflammative cell in day 14 that were severe than that of day 7,ciliate cell was piece loss,the glands were hyperplasia（≥40% of group C,≤20% of group D）in windpipe,and pulmonary alveolus were congestion and dropsy.In group C the epidermis were pucked and connective tissue was hyperplasia in the skin,the quantity of hair ball and the sweat glands of group C and D in the food were significantly reduced than that of group A.

结果第14天时，C组、D组气管上皮鳞状化生，C组气管纤毛多呈片状缺损，而D组多呈灶状缺损；两组气管黏膜炎性细胞浸润均较第7天为重，伴气管浆液腺上皮黏液腺化生（D组≥40%、C组≤20%）、肺泡淤血、水肿。C组皮肤表皮呈不规则皱缩、毛球数明显减少；C组、D组足垫部皮肤表皮增厚、汗腺减少伴结缔组织增生。

Results: The normal epithelial cells were intactly lined with microvilli, and lesions on the surface of Ct infected cells were showed by SEM. The expression of actin was obvious throughout the cytoplasm of uterine epithelial cells but appeared to be most intense along the apical plasma membrane on day 4, 5 and 6 of pregnancy. On the day 7, levels of actin had increased along the apical surface. The expression of actin in the infected group was weaker than that in of the normal group.

结果：SEM示对照组子宫腔可见有微绒毛的分泌细胞；实验组腔上皮细胞表面有的可见破损，微绒毛少见；免疫组化结果显示荧光强度主要定位于腔上皮细胞胞质／胞膜，妊娠第4，5，6天沿胞质顶部分布较密集，而底部较弥散；妊娠第7天顶部强度有所增加；感染组的荧光强度均弱于相应正常组，在妊娠第5天存在显著性差异(p.05)。

结果 A组：不完全瓣21眼占1.05%（21/2000）；游离瓣13眼占0.65%（13/2000）；碎瓣1眼占0.04%（1/2000）；角膜上皮植入占0.25%（5/2000）；弥漫性板层角膜炎占5.5%（110/2000）；角膜混浊2眼占0.1%（2/2000）。B组：游离瓣占0.4%（2/500）；角膜上皮植入占0.2%（1/500）；弥漫性板层角膜炎占5.4%（27/500），无不完全瓣、碎瓣及角膜混浊发生。
