上理想

On the base of reviewing the development of NSP models, some deficiencies of existent models are analysed and listed as follows: most models can be applied only to very small watershed; mechanism models involve too many parameters which can not be calibrated properly by limited data; amoung practical models, empirical models are much more common than mechanism models; most models are focus on the conservative soluble pollutants rather than non-conservative and particulate pollutants; almost all models rely highly on the measured data, and there are fewer studies about the load estimation for ungauged areas.

本文在评述非点源污染模型研究进展的基础上，分析了现有模型的不足，主要有：大多数模型只能适应于很小的流域面积；机理类模型参数过多，率定困难，应用效果不理想；实用模型中，经验类模型多，机理类模型少；对保守性的液态污染物研究得较多，对非保守性和固态污染物研究得较少；各类模型均高度依赖于实测资料，无资料地区的模型或预测方法研究得很少。

Three primer pairs located in psbA~trnK, psbB~psbH and trnR-ACG~trnN-GUU regions were applied in phylogenetic analysis according to Maximum parsimony and Neighbor-joining methods. The consistent results between the phylogenetic analysis and taxonomy indicated the application potential of the three primer pairs in phylogenetic analysis and species identification. However, due to no sequence variation observed in amplified regions between two vegetable soybean varieties (KS5 and KS8), two cowpea subspecies (Vigna unguiculata ssp. cylindrica and Vigna unguiculata ssp. sesquipedalis), and among three rice varieties (TNG67, TK9, and TCS10), the three primer pairs are not effective in identifying variation within species.

选择其中三组引子对(基因体位置为psbA~trnK、psbB~psbH及trnR-ACG~trnN-GUU)增幅片段之序列进行亲缘分析，以最大简约法及邻接法之分群结果皆与目前植物分类相符，故三组引子对在物种间亲缘关系分析及物种鉴定上都有不错的效果，位於psbA~trnK及psbB~psbH之引子对效果尤佳，但是三组引子对在物种内变异的辨识效果不甚理想，在两个毛豆品种间(高雄5号与高雄8号)、两个豇豆亚种间及三个水稻品种间(台农67号、台稉9号与台中秈10号)的增幅片段没有明显差异存在。

The experiment results showed that, the MnO_2 particles scattered uniformally after milled for 6h, the average diameter was 300nm, which loaded on the surface of fiber in flat successfully. The removal efficiencies to HCHO of MnO_2 milled for 6h was up to 94.07% after 72h, the removal efficiencies increased with the content of MnO_2 loaded, its increased after treated with DMF, or so was 7%.

实验结果表明，研磨6h的MnO_2粉末分散均匀，平均粒径可达300nm，以平铺的形式均匀地负载于纤维上，效果比较理想；随着吸附时间的延长，研磨6h的MnO_2粉末反应72h对甲醛的去除率达94.07％；活性炭／腈氯纶负载MnO_2纤维对甲醛的去除率比未负载的明显提高；随着纳米MnO_2负载量的增大，甲醛的去除率变大，用DMF处理后的纤维对甲醛的去除率有所提高，大约提高7％。

Further studies showed some DH plants could generate two or more than two stems in which wrinkledness mutant and wild types except for the leaf wrinkledness, therefore they were the better materials for studying the wrinkledness characteristic. The finding is useful in studying, locating and cloning the wrinkledness gene linked to leaf mutants of Brassica allosextuple CGMCC № 2553 DH lines in the future.
