On the basics of briefly summarizing the research and application presents of building coatings and nano-composite building coatings in domestic and overseas, we presented a creative approach of modified exterior and interior building latex coatings applying inorganic nano-powders and its compound, systematically studied the effect of factors such as nano-material's category、additive capacity、dispersing method on the behavior of exterior building coating's weathering resistance、scratch resistance、water resistance、alkaline resistance and on the behavior of interior building coating's restraining bacterium、degrading all kinds of bad organic matter,and triumphantly developed nano-composite building latex coating.

本文在简要叙述国内外建筑涂料和纳米复合建筑涂料的应用研究现状的基础上，提出了使用无机纳米粉体及其复合材料改性建筑外墙乳胶漆的创新思路，系统地研究了纳米粉体材料的种类、添加量、分散方式等因素对外墙乳胶漆耐候性、耐洗刷性、耐水耐碱性等性能的影响，以及这些因素对内墙乳胶漆抗菌杀菌、降解有害有机物等性能的影响，成功地开发了纳米改性建筑外墙和内墙乳胶漆产品。

Aiming at the low productivity of manual painting, an advanced painting technology which might be suitable to the mechanical operation was adopted. A relevant action trajectories and law based on the artificial dynamic simulation of painting were gained . Meanwhile, logic action and manipulator function were designed, the gripper of which was promoted. Furthermore, several sand models synchronization gripper structure was analyzed, which achieved dipping and painting 8 sand models at the same time.

为了解决铸造砂型因人工上涂料效率低下的问题，在不同的上涂料方法中选择了适合机械操作的浸涂工艺，采用了基于浸涂的人工动态模拟，获得了完成相关动作需要的运动轨迹及其规律，进行了针对机械手功能和逻辑动作的设计，并对它的夹持功能作了优化改进，提出了多件砂型同步夹持的结构形式，实现了一次完成8件砂型浸涂的高效率操作。

The necessity of concrete surface painting was described from the angle of durability. Based on this,the status of research and application of organosilicon coating and the kind of modified organosilicon coating were reviewed.

从耐久性角度说明了混凝土表面涂覆的必要性，在此基础上，本文综述了有机硅树脂涂料和有机硅改性聚氨酯、环氧树脂及丙烯酸树脂涂料的研究与应用进展。

The influence of MAH,AA,MAA,AM and GMA on the surface hydrophilicity of PP product was studied by means of reactive extrusion process on twin screw extruder,where 1,1-bis (tea-butyl peroxy)-3,3,5- trimethylcyclohexane (LQ-CH335) was used as initiator,and MAH,AA,MAA,AM and GMA as graft monomers, and St as graft co-monomer.

In this thesis, tentative research was carried out that pyrogenation of fire retardant coating was analyzed: the heat-resistant effect of it would be weaken when the temperature was between 200℃and 400℃.

本课题尝试性地对SWH室外厚型钢结构防火涂料在高温试验的基础上进行了热重分析，结果表明：在200℃～400℃期间，SWH室外厚型钢结构防火涂料的阻热性能减弱。

Results showed that the action between SiO2 particles was strong when the dispersion concentration was high; the network structure formed by PVA and coatings'' components had low strength; the network structure formed by mordant and coatings'' components was unreversible and strong; the thickener could perform as disperser and weaken the coatings'' structure, and the lubricant could improve the flow of the coatings in the micro structure.
