Results: There is a significant difference between the levels of Hb、SF、 FEP of model groups and normal group. But the improvement of AS two solstices pill add chalybeate group is comparatively obvious. Conclusions: AS two solstices pill add chalybeate has obvious therapeutic action on IDA model rats.

结果：造模后，各组大鼠Hb、血清铁蛋白、红细胞游离原卟啉与正常对照有明显差异，经治疗后症状表现上明显较模型NS对照组好，且逐渐恢复，Hb、血清铁蛋白、红细胞游离原卟啉、血清IL-2、IL-6水平逐渐恢复正常，其中以加味二至丸加铁剂组和当归补血汤加铁剂组最为明显。
